To anyone in Richmond looking to take acting classes

I highly recommend Vickie Lynn Scallion. I had the best time learning to be creative without the pressure. This place felt like a safe vestibule for me. Students are very supportive of each other.

As I watched improv, I began to understand how human beings, particularly attentive audiences, desperately want to be taken on a journey by the performer,

which is exactly the mindset you need in standup comedy

Theater is small, seats aren't super comfy (padded folding chairs), but they do some great work production-wise. Recommend sitting either front row or up the risers a bit - the stage is low so it can be hard to see around people's heads.

Came to support my girlfriends show and it was a great time. I wish they had the support and funds to get a better building but I recommend people to see a show!
