This is without a doubt the worst water company I have ever seen. They are constantly raising your bills, their office staff is extremely rude when you have a question, and they never list to complaints. I have constantly called concerning an odor in my water; it was never checked. I was in the hospital for 4 months a couple of years ago and they charged me for water just as though I had been home They charge you whatever they want. My want bill went up another $49 this month for heat. The weather has been warm and I didn't use much heat. I don't think they ever read meters, that they just charge you whatever they want and you have to pay it. Because they have no competition they charge anything they want and if it's not paid you have no water or heat. Something needs to be done

I’m giving this review because I just called to pay my water bill and the lady I talked with names Crystal was the rudest employee I have ever spoken to. When she asked for my account number I took a little bit to find it (not even a minute.) and she told me to call them back when I got that together. I asked if she could look the account up under a social security number she said no I asked if she could look it up under a name (which I know they can do cause they’ve done it that way for me before.) and she hung up on me. If I ever get put on call with Crystal again I will be asking to get transferred to a different operator. There is no need to be rude.

City hall it's time to do something. Our garbage is not being picked up because of all the other people here want pay their bill. We pay our bill every month. And it's not right we have to suffer because other people don't pay. Cut their water pull the meter until it's paid. Pay or no water.. it's not live free here. If they use the water and garbage they need to pay . It's up to city hall to fix this mess. Or I'm going to call wymt in on this.
