The response to my online inquiry was with In hours on a weekend . They also set up a special appointment time for meeting the kitty I was interested in. Adoption same day , so many very happy kitty’s and all well taken care of

I picked out a rescue kitten and the process was very thorough and informative. The volunteers there are incredible at what they do and very helpful. There are so many animals that need help and you can tell how much these animals mean to the staff. I highly recommend going here if you are considering a cat.

Wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Came in with Jack for their nail clipping event. And Jack just didn't not want those clippers near his feet. Both both the tech and vet did everything thing possible to try and calm him. Also received extremely positive and helpful advice on how to make future appointments a possible success.

I had to bring and leave a cat who'd been abandoned and living rough in my neighborhood for a year or so. Ms Inez was great. She did all she could to help. She wanted to make sure the cat would be a good fit for them so she had cat live with us for a couple weeks to help determine his ability to be re-homed.

I adopted my first car herei wanted to not just be sure but KNOW the one I chose was right for me. I'm they were very patient with all the cats I took out and spent a fair amount of time with each. None of the Ines that I picked to spend ti e with felt like THE ONE so before I left I said what cat has been here the longest and do you think will have the hardest ti.e getting adopted out of the cats you have here? She brought me over to a big Grey with whit on his face and paws cat. He had a good chunk of his tail missing because he was a stray and it got frostbite and some scars on his ears fro. Frostbite as well. I took him out to spend ti e with him. But I knew whe. I saw him he was it. Prob 5 mins later I told the lady Dawson was coming home with me. He was the best cat I've ever met. This was prob 2p years ago but I always refer people to them for many reasons and everybody I have has been grateful I did.

I visited the dog animal shelter for the first time and I can see that all the dogs are well cared for as long as they are there for before they are adopted. Very friendly staff. They said that the dogs will move to where the cats are eventually-the dog area is still currently being built at the cat location.

The folks in the cat building were absolutely wonderful. Very caring and helpful with our cat adoption. They made my daughter feel right at home. I had mistakenly stopped by the dog building first, not realizing there were 2 separate buildings. The woman sitting at the Dog building counter was very rude, cold and snappy. Really odd to find such an attitude at an organization with a great cause. Hope she doesn't read this and send her flying monkeys after me!

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We ended up adopting a pair of kittens that are my twin daughters everything! I highly recommend them to anyone searching for a feline friend.
