Dr Phillips is amazing, she was with us when we lost our baby a few months ago and made it an easier process. We brought our new baby in for just a general health check and she was amazing with him as well. I would prefer that she sees all our babies but I know it’s not always possible. Every vet we have ever seen had been wonderful. I highly recommend them for a vet. They are truly caring and comforting when it’s not the news you want to hear.

Dr.Darby has always gone above and beyond for our pets, whether that is emails or even a house call. She truly cares about the animals she is seeing and it’s noticed. The techs are also always amazing, just seeing Madeline enter our room when we get to our appointment is a joy and I know we’re going to have a great experience because she goes out of her way to get to know our pets and what helps them through the appointment!

Definitely recommend bringing your animals here! Our puppy has been going here since we brought him home and with him being my first dog on my own I always tend to worry about things, they have always been so reassuring and get me in whenever I have concerns with him. We always see Dr. Lloyd but have also saw other providers if he is not in and they are just as amazing! 😊

The visit was to address an injury to Spicey caused by his smaller sibling, Pumpkin. Dr Phillips was great. Anytime you see a vet get on the floor to connect with your pet, you know you are in the right place.
Both boys had a nail trim, and I certainly appreciated the recommendation for the cat calming essential oil plug-ins. The cats seem more relaxed, and I haven't slept as well in weeks.

After 20 years at this vet, the office has gone way down hill and they have the absolute worst communication skills. I will be taking my pets elsewhere. Amanda, the office manager, is a joke. After I called to complain about the many attempts to talk to my vet, promises that he would call me back and didn’t, and the need for my pet to get insulin for over a week, instead of apologizing for their terrible customer service, she asked me where I would like my pets records transferred to. Done.

Edit: At no time did I demand an immediate phone call. I patiently waited on a call for days. When I called in and asked to speak to my vet after days of no communication, I was asked to make another appointment to speak with him. At that point my tone changed to if I do not get a phone call today, we will be finding another vet. This was Friday morning. Shockingly, we never received that phone call. As you can see from my email chain with Amanda below, there was no reason to dismiss us. They made zero attempt to contact me nor my husband to follow up with our dogs poor test results or answer our questions. We were simply asking for a conversation with our vet that never happened over the course of a week. Clearly this practice is “too busy” to properly care for its customers. You can tell by the tone of their replies to every negative review what kind of establishment they are running. Happy to be gone.
