First time here and had the most kindest hard working bartender I think I ever had. Ashley not only had the best recommendations for food which was also great, but she was quick behind the bar in making sure we never had an empty glass/bottle. Not just us either she kept up with a pretty good crowd too. She also had that perfect balance of working and talking with her customers getting to know them, they know her and about hero’s west so they would come back and I know with the service she provided we’ll be back! Great job Ashley and Hero’s west!!

Great vibes and the best drinks in town! Ashley is hands down the best bartender—fast, friendly, and always on point. Whether you’re a regular or just stopping in, she makes you feel right at home. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Went for a Flaw concert. It was small and intimate but an absolutely great time. I got a drum stick from the drummer and the whole band signed it. The place itself is amazing. They have bowling, bags, darts, pinball, you name it they have it. Also very reasonable priced drinks and food. Great place to check out.

Really nice place in Lemont. It was my first time there. Food was good, as was the service. I had the cheese curds, which were different than others I've had, but they were great. Based on those, I'm sure all the other food is really good as well. It was a Sunday afternoon, and they had acoustic entertainment, which was really nice. There is also a section of the place with bowling, video games, etc, which was really cool. I'll definitely be going back.

Stopped in Heroes after wrk to meet a friend. Nice place! Big, several areas depending on what u wanna do! Had a great time! Ashley, the bartender is fantastic! Great energy, very pleasant, a lot of personality and really makes u feel welcome. Had someone underage try to get served and Ashley wasn’t havin it! Bye FELICIA! Try that on a rookie somewhere else! Once we ordered our drinks we didn’t have to repeat our order again! She knew it! Shots were on point! Beer was cold! Had lots of fun!! I’d of given a higher number on the food but only had a small appetizer but everything I saw go by us looked really good!! Definitely be back to Heroes, especially if Ashley’s my bartender!

Went here for my wife's B-day as she's a big fan of Journey & Infinity (Tribute Band) played there. Due to many issues as you can see in these reviews, we almost didn't. But we did & have a great time. Yeah, go early, the food is standard bar food, but it was fine. We reserved a table & I really like the lay-out & table service. Never had any problems with services & had a fabulous night! We'll be back sometime I'm sure!!

First time visiting this venue. Unexpected spectacular experience. They literally have everything you could want, from video games to pop a shot to pool tables to a bowling alley to live music. Seriously, they have something for everyone to enjoy. The staff was incredible and friendly and wonderfully attentive. The prices.. omg, were so reasonable you would not believe it. My party of 4 people who drank and ate about medium level were only charged $130 for 5 hours of fun. Tell me where you can find that cheaper? ? I will be visiting here again. This may will become my go to on Friday n Saturday nights to relax after a long work week. I could not recommend this venue more.
