We took our dog to a kennel for the first time and were a little nervous how it would go. He's an older dog and hasn't been around other dogs much. They graciously accepted him and were happy to follow his regular routines including meds. When we picked him up several days later, he was happy and healthy. Couldn't have asked for more. Thanks High Halo staff for taking care of him!

Our dogs love this place and have loved it for years. They get picked up healthy and happy. I think most negative reviews are from people that have dogs that have anxiety when boarding. We all love our dogs but remember they are dogs. One we did do for our pups is break them in slow to kenneling. Sure you’re spending money to put your dog in overnight. But they have lasted 2 weeks with NO problems. I’m sure the staff is use to dogs dropping weight and having anxiety and probably don’t want to call the owners to make them worry about their dog unless there is an emergency.

High Halo is a God send. I have 2 very large dogs and they accommodated them with ease. I appreciate them so much and look forward to using them in the future. The staff is professional and friendly. My babies even left there with a Christmas treat. I highly recommend High Halo Boarding Kennels! # AMAZING

Boarded my dogs for a weekend as our normal place was full because of spring break. Will never use this kennel again. I feel like my dogs were locked up all weekend, which is not at all what they are used to.
None of my reusable food bags were returned and when I asked if my dogs ate all their food we were told they did. I don't believe this at all because I have one dog that eats very little whenever we board her.
My dogs also came home acting way more skittish than usual. When my fiance tried to get our pit bull mix to come to him to take off something attached to her paw, she cowered and came towards him like she was scared of him. She doesn't normally act like this. Also my male.lab mix acted scared of me when I tried to fix his ear that flipped inside out. He also peed in the house and wouldn't go out the doggie door unless we opend the door for him.
I don't know what happened with my dogs while they were in high halo's care, but I will never use them again and wish I had read the reviews before boarding them here.
Edit:...one of my dogs came down with kennel cough after boarding with high halo. We have never had this issue with other kennels.
