The shows are always spectacular, and the talent is astounding. My mother buys season tickets every year for our family of 5, so my young children can enjoy the shows. For opening night of Beauty and the Beast, the show was incredible. However, customer service at the concession needs improvement. The line was long, and by the time it was my turn, they ran out of popcorn. The lady told me they were going to make more, and I could come back. Just as the curtain went up, I went back out to get popcorn for my kids as they were just closing. I could see a bag of popcorn already made inside the machine with plenty of popcorn. She told me concession was closed and refused to sell the popcorn, even when I reminded her it ran out earlier. She said I could come back during intermission. I chose not to, since it would be my third time attempt, and who knew if they would run out again. My children (6, 5, and 3) were really bummed. Buying popcorn there is definitely a difficult task in itself, so if you are not the first ones at the concession line, just know that they could run out and are not accommodating even when they have the products. If you have young kids, just plan to bring in outside snacks for them to make it an enjoyable experience. I know it's not allowed, but I would rather have illegal snacks to feed my hungry monsters than to deal with a concession stand that doesn't want to sell food. There are no signs that lets you know they are closed during the show to, so be prepared!

It’s always an enjoyable time seeing a play or musical at the High Street Arts Center! Such a great little venue! Not a bad seat in the house! I was surprised to see them offering craft beers from a local brewery. Nice touch! It seems the lobby could be better organized with regards to the lines. You have the concession’s line coming from one direction, and the line for the bathroom coming the other direction colliding in the middle, with cross traffic of people going out and coming in from getting a breath of fresh air. A little chaotic, but again, it’s always a good time. I’ll definitely be back!

We went to the play The Sound of Music. It was amazing. We really enjoyed this play. The cast did a great job. I am visiting from Michigan. My cousin's have season tickets. I saw a play some 7 years ago it to was awesome. I'm glad I was here to enjoy another one.

Old school Theatre, that is well kept and intimate. Sound was great. Concessions were well priced. They do serve beer and wine. Not a bad seat in the house. Saw an Elvis act! Would easily return!

Young Frankenstein was absolutely delightful. The talent of these volunteer actors, is unbelievable. I have enjoyed every single show I have seen and will continue to be a season ticket holder. Bravo to all of you!

I went to the opening night of In the Heights and it was a beautiful performance. This cast gives a spectacular and vibrant portrayal of Washington Heights. The theatre itself is a vintage spot, great for pictures.
