We used them when my male Frenchie got sick and they were so cautious and extremely helpful and got him better super fast. They kept him outside to treat him to avoid any sickness getting in their facility. We then decided to use them when my female frenchie was suspected pregnant. From every step of phone call, to confirmation appointment, to follow up appointments. Every single appointment they were amazing. Not one member of the staff was anything other than knowledgeable and patient with any questions we had. They performed the C-section for my female and let us watch, they kept communication open and it was nothing like I expected. No vet has ever been so courteous and respectful. Thanks to them we had a litter of 7 healthy puppies and a healthy mom and dad. I will not use another vet and will always recommend them. If 10 stars was an option they would get it.

So much miscommunication, and so many issues. Sometimes you get a really great vet tech and someone that's really helpful the front desk and then sometimes you get someone who doesn't pay attention, doesn't listen and doesn't schedule appointments. It's really infuriating when the problems seem to be consistent and the lack of communication is problematic.

I cant tell you how wonderful they have been. We wanted to have one litter of puppies and drove over an hour for each appointment. It was well worth it and I would highly recommend Dr. Barstow and team for anyone wanting excellent care for their furbabies and questions answered with courtesy and professionalism.

I took my puppy here for a few appointments for his shots and some of the vets were less comforting than others.

My 6 month old puppy was anxious to say the least, we were still working on exposure at the time. I understand that in particular environments, the pace can only be slowed down to an extent but there was no comforting demeanor towards my dog or us. As for Dr. Turmble, instead of taking a few moments to establish a sense of trust and comfort, the vet's focus was solely on getting through the appointment as quickly as possible. He jumped to stating that if our dog doesn’t comply he would have to be muzzled or sedated for future appointments. Also made comments about him being an English bulldog and basically said his behavior is expected for this breed. The vets demeanor made an already stressful situation even more distressing. As a puppy owner, seeing my dog scared and uncomfortable without any effort from the vet to soothe him was quite disheartening.

I understand that veterinary clinics can be busy, but a little empathy and patience can go a long way. Dogs are often anxious in these settings, and in this case my dog was a puppy with little exposure to new people. I was told he was “too young to be acting this way and could hurt someone.” To this day, my dog has never hurt another person or dog. Unfortunately, this experience made us not feel comfortable to come back.

WOW. I wish I could give ten stars. My husband and I are local dog trainers in the area, and when I tell you we have had such a hard time finding a vet that we trust and that also respects us as dog professionals has been extremely difficult. I took one of our personal dogs in today for a check up, Sloth our Belgian Malinois. And it was the best experience I’ve ever had. Thank you Dr Trumble for being awesome. You have a life time client now.
