The hotel was extremely accommodating to us. They placed us in a room away from everyone else. We requested an ADA room for a bathtub and the room was huge.

We stayed on a weekend and we're shocked there weren't too many people there. A bunch of parking. We were able to park outside the entrance under our room, instead of having to walk all the way around the hotel.

We tried out the heated pool and it was really nice and we're able to do a few laps.

Great for a family getaway.

Only downside is the mini fridge does not have a freezer.

I called to make sure that they had a spa/hot tub, and to see the hours. The person at the desk told me that they did and that it was open 6am-10pm. I booked my stay and when I arrived, they don't have a hot tub. The rooms are ugly. The wifi is slow. The pool is like a giant petri dish inside an enclosed, tiled room. I can't imagine that anyone would ever want to swim in it, so it's a waste of water and energy. I won't be staying here again.

We just had our Family event here at Hilton Garden Inn, Livermore, CA during memorial weekend. Thumbs up to Gidget, the manager, who is very accommodating and had well-coordinated event. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and amazing. The service was exceptional as well. Great place for any event: wedding, birthdays, baby shower, etc.

Hotel was overall pretty decent.

However a few things were very irritating.

First there is not enough parking spaces. The parking lot is pretty small and I had to end up parking on the side of the hotel multiple times pretty far away from the entrance. They’re doing construction work and half the parking lot was closed off and the other half of it was filled up with their work trucks.

Secondly, the hotels WiFi is TERRIBLE. I couldn’t watch anything on YouTube and it even struggled to just browse my apps. I tried hooking my Xbox up to the tv in the room but they disabled any type of HDMI use. When I tried playing a few games on Xbox I was instantly kicked off with the crappy WiFi.

I usually stay at the nearby Homewood suites and I always have great WiFi, available parking, free breakfast, friendly staff, and a nice kitchen area with a massive fridge. I will not be staying at this hotel again unless all other options are booked.
