This is the only Pet food store I will shop they are so friendly and go out of their way to give great customer service. My dog got sick in the car and one of the associates came out to clean up the mess with me. Every time we get delivery at my house they are efficient and on time. They once stayed open a few minutes later for me to buy my dogfood. They had the food at the counter when i got there. They never hesitate to take the food out to our van when we buy dog food. Obviously I cant say enough good things about this store. The people in the store are always friendly and willing to help. They are 100% a CLASS ACT.

Today I went to Hollywood. Robert greeted my dog & I as soon as we walked in. He also was super helpful finding the correct harness for our hiking adventures. Everyone on duty was super friendly & kind. Look forward to our next visit. Would love for you to carry more unique clothing for our furry friends!

My first on-line order. I called upon my arrival, a nice young lady brought out my order and placed the dog food in my SUV. She wished me a good day. Cannot ask for anything more efficient and kind.

I always get great service at Crestview Hills. I am greeted every time I walk in, and always asked if I've found everything at checkout. My dog Mattie also always enjoys getting treats from the wonderful staff!

I came in with intentions of knowing what I needed but became a little disoriented when scanning the isles. I had the kindest most helpful lady assist me with what I need, and offer excellent suggestions of other foods that are nutritional/cleaner for my cats. We ran back and forth through the store, if she was annoyed she didn't appear to mind my hectic'ness at all. In the end I hugged her because she dealt with my craziness and was a calm pleasure to work with. I believe her name is Marissa (last name Miracle, I only know this bc the conversation we had). Just giving a shoutout for her dedicated help.
Also grateful for the store for offering healthier alternatives compared to the crap sold at other stores.

Stopped by today for a few treats for my pups. The workers introduced themselves by name, shared sale info, and answered all of my questions. Loved how knowledgeable and friendly they were. You don't get that kind of customer service often these days!
