This is the most crude and insensitive animal shelter I have EVER been too. The older lady who works here is so cruel, disrespectful, and downright ridiculous. I do not wish any animal to ever have to be treated by someone so mean or godforbid a child have to talk to that woman. I pray for this woman to get some kindness in her heart.

I had the best adoption experience with this organization. I had been looking everywhere for my perfect cat match. They had so many cats that I fell in love with. Emily is a best she showed me everything that had every back story on any cat I had touched. She was the sweetest staff member I really felt taken care of. You can tell she takes pride in her work there. I love the cat I adopted & I will be back to donate!

This is the rudest, most unpleasant people I've ever dealt with in my life. My son accidentally gave them my puppy when they were coming to get the others that we were giving them because I was half asleep and did not hear what he had said. When we tried to get my dog back they were hateful and rude I even tried to buy him back and they still did not return my dogs. So I have cried for 3 days now and my anxiety is getting the best of me. I will say karma has a way of giving back the hurt and I hope this lady get back 10times my pain she caused. Thank you and have a blessed day but do not send your animals here they have no care about your regards at all.

Great place staff was friendly and knowledgeable for the most part. There was some confusion about an animal at first but it was worked out and I have a new buddy which is very loved now ?

I called the Humane Society because we had a male cat who was 6-8 weeks old and not neutered and we could not keep him due to having our max amount of cats allowed by our apartment complex. This facility operates solely on donations and they were willing to take him in. They were very welcoming and we are confident we placed him where he can get the best care. Petco suggested the Humane Society because they are a no-kill facility. This male cat is a light brown tabby and is very sweet to human companionship. Our hope is that he’ll be up for adoption at Petco soon.

Kaye is amazing and has a huge heart especially for all the fur babies. I watched her juggle so many things all at once and still handle the adoption of my new best friend Luca - a boy cat, in the midst of it all. And she did it gracefully. I'm grateful this place exists, and is carrying out its mission so heartfully. They really care.

I was very pleased with my adoption of my dog. All the workers were friendly and helpful. I found just what I was looking for. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for that very special pet. This is Slinkii my dachshund mix. She is a keeper!

The Humane Society has a beautiful facility. They took many of the hoarding dogs from Malvern.
