I’ve heard nothing but good things about having a golden and this being my first golden I started researching and came across Island Farm. Peyton was very responsive and provided pictures throughout our girls growth, FaceTimed so we could choose which girl we wanted as we lived 5 hours away and provided us with all the information we needed moving forward in this adventure. Our girl is now 5 months old learning new tricks every day, kennel trained, potty trained, and surrounded by so many people and other puppies that love her! Will definitely be going back when the time comes to get another golden!

Best dogs I've ever had in my life. From their loyalty to their intelligence. For the first year I brought my goldendoodle with me to work at a nursing home, and somehow it knew better not to jump up on any patient living there. At 4 months old if I put on my work scrubs she automatically knew to go in her crate, if I put on regular clothes she would jump up and down with excitement. If I fell asleep with a pizza laying out with mushrooms on it she knew better not to eat the mushrooms , or shrimp from a shrimp platter. If I exited through a certain door at work where she wasn't allowed she would wait for me at that door, if I left in my car she would stare out the windows at me and be in the same spot when I arrived home 2 hours later.

Brought home our little murphy man in October and couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Peyton! He has been amazing! Really easy learner with commands, potty training, and crate training. Has slept through the night since day 1! We’ll for sure get another companion from them since we have had a great experience and you can tell our how much they care about the pups they breed!

We highly recommend Island Farm Goldens, we got our pup this past summer and she has been a joy. She is very well tempered and gets along with dogs of all sizes. We were able to visit the puppies and it was clear all of the dogs are well cared for. This was our first puppy and Peyton was very helpful in the process to ensure we were set up for success!

Only on our first dog from Island Farm and already wouldn't consider going anywhere else for a future Golden! We get so many compliments on our 8 month old puppy's demeanor, build, quick learning skills, and nose for hunting! She is the sweetest most loving dog we've had, gets along with every dog and loves kids. She is the perfect fit for a family first hunting dog!

We got our golden retriever from here and she is a great dog. She loves playing with our older dog and the rest of the dogs in our family.
