I love this ranch! Great low key family oriented atmosphere for peaceful rides in the tree shaded arena or out on the trails. The indoor stalls are perfect for winter and keep my horse dry and out of the mud. Trail and jump equipment are great to practice with my horse.

We took our daughters to Jamul Trails Ranch for a birthday party and had an AWESOME time! The staff was so nice and patient with all the children, letting them pet and feed the animals, they even did horse rides and the kids just lit up. My daughter did not want to leave at the end, and to this day a month later still tells everyone we see about her visit to “the farm” 🙂 We can’t wait to spend more time there, it was so beautiful and peaceful.

My son absolutely LOVED this ranch! He got to pet some baby animals, but his favorite was feeding and riding the horses! The owners were super friendly and went above and beyond for the kiddos at the party. They made sure each child got to be involved as much as they wanted and helped the kids interact with all the animals in a fun and safe way. Also the food package for pizza/juice/cupcakes for the kids was a hit! And super convenient. Overall a fantastic, super kid friendly party experience!! Highly recommend!!

Jamul Trails Ranch is a place that I go to feel a positive connection with horses and other farm animals including horses, geese, chickens, tortoises, and miniature donkeys. This wonderful ranch has a wonderful feeling to in that it felt the moment anyone comes on the property. Each of the animals has their own unique personality and interact with children and adults with a happy spirit and gentle movements especially around the kids to make a wonderful party experience. At a party which took place here I was able to enjoy myself, the furry animals, and see the beauty of the near by Wildlife Reserve. The party experience was absolutely wonderful for everyone involved. I would highly encourage anyone interested to book as soon as possible to ensure a wonderful time and party.

I recently attended a birthday party at a quaint local ranch that was wonderfully suited for young children, and I wanted to share the experience with other parents. My kids, aged 5 and 3, absolutely adored every moment. It was incredibly touching to see them so thrilled as they got hands-on with the animals—they fed, brushed, and even rode the horses. They were also delighted to meet other farm animals like chickens, a cuddly baby goose, and even a tortoise and donkey.

What truly made our day there so special was the genuine care shown by Pat and Kim, the hosts. Their warmth made us feel like we were visiting family. They were exceptionally attentive, making sure everyone from the little ones to the adults had a great time. The kids were so happy, and even the adults enjoyed themselves with some tasty pizza and lovely cupcakes.

I’m really grateful to Pat and Kim for creating such a welcoming atmosphere and making sure our visit was memorable. It’s a fantastic place for a birthday party if you’re looking for somewhere that feels both personal and engaging for children. We came away with beautiful memories to cherish, and I think any family would enjoy the special touch they bring to a celebration.

Took my son to Jamul Trails Ranch for a birthday party- soooo much fun! Kim and Pat were great with the kids and super knowledgeable about the animals! My son loved the ducks and the turtle! (I fell in love with the horses!) Super safe environment, gorgeous location! Will definitely be back to host our own party there!

This place is so awesome kid friendly and very informational about the animals. A great space to have a parties at. The owner of the place is amazing. The packages for parties and food a drink are the best I town. Go ahead and check this place out.
