My Spouse and I came into this shelter just looking before, meeting a wonderful and very different dog Bolto. We fell in love at first sight and even played with him. We wanted to adopt him immediately, all of the employees told use that they DONT have any adopters lined up and even gave us a date to pick Bolto up after his shots.
(As opposed to not saying anything at all.) My Spouse and I in an early morning rush excited to adopt a new member of the family. Only to find that the unprofessionalism that came from everything single employee in this astablishment, "on that day and even on the day we arrived to adopt". We we're met with lies on adoption status, contempt and disrespectful from all of the staff. The lady with the Mohawk needs to watch her tone acting like a grown man. She/it talked as if she/it was ready to fight my spouse. The amount of rage, disrespect, contempt, unprofessionalism, and overall quality of this shelter and it's faculty members is so massive. Our hearts are broken because of the misinformation. DO NOT ADOPT HERE.

I have called 4 times about a litter of kittens to be picked up; I've left my name and number twice. No return phone calls. I don't know what they have going on up there, or if they are under staffed but this is ridiculous at this point.

The new facility is great.Clean spacious and plenty of outdoor runs for dogs to exercise.All the staff are helpful and willing to facilitate the adoption process.I was there the other day and Jennifer was friendly and helpful.I didnt adopt but will continue to return to find my puppy.I think the negative posts are more about stray control in the neighborhood which is a separate issue.

We had gotten a dog from this shelter about a month ago. Everyone there was awesome. They did and helped in anyway they could. Bless them all!

Have called multiple times about a neighbors dogs that are constantly out and running around. They will even bark/chase on your own property. Have yet to see Animal Control come out or call me back regarding this. These people need to be fined and their animals taken away. They are a menace to the neighborhood. I was almost bit last week by one of their dogs just walking out to get the mail. I would hate for a child or someone just walking down the street get attacked by these dogs.
