FABULOUS venue for a concert! It was like being outdoors on a summer night under the stars in an Italian villa. Such a historical masterpiece!!

It was comfortable, not too hot. Hopefully, it has AC for summer. The old seats were comfortable enough, but seating is a little tight by modern standards. It would have been uncomfortable if we had people right next to us.

The Mezzanine had a great view, except for some seats in front row right and left of aisle which have small obstruction.

Absolutely beautiful venue. The sound quality is great, and the venue is well managed. My only non-complaint is the length of the line for the men's room. Hint, use the upstairs restrooms, as the line is much smaller.

Great place to watch a show has bars on both floors so you're never too far away from a drink Goodview throughout but I would suggest the balcony

What an amazing old theater. Wish we could have gotten a tour through this place as I bet you there's a lot of areas that are just amazing.

We went to see Lewis Black 'Off The Rails Tour' here, and he did not disappoint!

The theater should do some renovations / update the Womens bathrooms adding more stalls as there was a 15 minute wait, which doesn't work well with a 15 minute intermission.

We can't wait to come back to see another venue at this location.

Attended a comedy show. Was fine. As usual didn't start on time but I'm assuming they were waiting for the theater to fill up a little more, wasn't packed at all though. Metal detectors set up. Flow getting in was easy. More bathrooms upstairs so don't wait in line downstairs. Less busy bar and food counters upstairs also.

Of course a few people we're shouting stuff and the comedian actually told them to "STFU" lol. Which should not be necessary but clearly it was! One guy up front was clearly a super fan, kept standing, raising his arms, went up to the stage, almost got kicked out. The comedian yelled at him too lol. Point is, it should not get this far. Security needs to be on it better.

I think since it's a small theater, people feel the need to "speak" to the comedian. Like shut up, let him do his thing and enjoy the show already!!! Argh lol.

I will never go see a show there again. Too small of a venue and tired of sitting next to loud, disrespectful folks. Might as well enjoy it on TV at home in peace.

Beautiful theater though considering how old it is.

One if my all time favorite venues! When I am at the state theater I feel like I am home.I have seen soo many shows here over the years. The security and staff are very considerate and patient. They just want everyone to have a enjoyable and safe time. I hope to see many, many more incredible shows here over the years. If you have not been you should!!! I promise you won't find a venue like this most anywhere!
