They had merchandise without a price tag on the floor. When I inquired about price, I was told each piece was sold separately. It didn’t make sense, because the large size and small size were the same price they said. The pieces rang up on the register as being part of a set. I was told it was not a set, the pieces are sold separately. Online, it shows it is sold as a set for one price. At this hallmark, they took apart the set and are selling each piece individually as the same price as the full set! Be careful what you buy-since they are separating sets and selling each piece at the set price!!

I love Kat’s Hallmark!!! They have a great selection and their staff is friendly and helpful. They’ll go out of their way to get you taken care of. Highly recommend!!! The photo is of my Star Wars Christmas Tree with the Hallmark ornaments I purchased there.

We were here visiting our daughter for her birthday. Kat’s Hallmark made an amazing bouquet of balloons and had some fun gifts that we were able to include with what we brought for her. The staff was very helpful and we felt we had made new friends during our stay. Thank you for making her birthday so special!

I was treated very rudely and was asked to leave after opening an ornament box that I was about to purchase . She asked if I had seen the little sign that says to not open them. I did not obviously. I just was just making sure that everything was intact because I was spending 40 dollars on a ornament for my mom. After I mentioned to her that I was going to purchase it she took it from my hand brought it up to the front desk and then proceeded to make me feel even worse for opening the box by making the comment about how hard it is to put the box back together. The lady at the front desk was very nice and it only took her 5 seconds to put the plastic back in place and lid back on. Needless to say I will not being going back there any time soon especially if the redhead lady is working.

Went to buy a charm bracelet and noticed a few discount signs in the case Checked out and noticed she didn't give me the discount. Finally showed her the discount in the case and she seemed upset that the discount was there and told us she was going to remove the coupon but honor ours. Obviously VERY uptight about their money and I am upset that they can't honor their coupons/discounts .

They were awesome!!! My husband works out of town and is staying there currently, and she went out of her way to help me give a special gift to him on out anniversary!!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
