I’m a first time rider (21F) and I had such an AMAZING experience with danielle. I was very nervous at first because I have no experience but she was so graceful and kind throughout the entire process. she taught me how to tack up, take care of the horse (before, during, and after) the lesson, and gave me confidence while riding. if you’re looking for a place to receive lessons, this is definitely it. i booked a few more lessons after this experience. 10/10

My daughter rode at another barn for about three years, but we left due to serious concerns for rider and animal safety and the care of the lesson horses. It has been a night-and-day experience to be at Ke’Aloha. It’s obvious that they care about the wellbeing of their riders and their animals… in the time we’ve been there, we haven’t seen a single person hit a horse or use any kind of painful force on a horse for anything. Just your typical squeeze/kick/crop when riding but nothing beyond that. My daughter is a nervous kid who struggles with confidence and Bailey immediately recognized that and has tailored her lessons to build up her confidence while she adjusts to the new barn. Even the substitute trainer, Mandi, is absolutely amazing. They both listen to my daughter when she’s scared or nervous and talk her through it, establishing a bond and trust that is laying the foundation for the rest of her lessons. I cannot say enough good things about this place so far! They seem to be the gold standard for how a hunter/jumper barn should operate.

Ke’Aloha was a little gem we were meant to discover.

My 4 year old daughter and I made a short bucket list before heading to FL this year. Horse riding lessons made that list and was checked off!

We enjoyed here because it was everything we imagined our first horse riding lesson to be.

— Booking a private lesson was easy. The staff was responsive and communicated with me promptly.

— They accommodated my daughter given that she’s 4 years old.

— Ms. Ellen, a new instructor at Ke’ Aloha with decades of experience was patient, graceful, informative and inspiring for my girl. Her self confidence boosted after a successful first class. Thanks Ms. Ellen!

— Levi, a well kept horse was excellent during the entire lesson.

I definitely recommend visiting and learning at this center - my daughter, myself and her grand parents were impressed and happy with choosing Ke’ Aloha Equestrian.

We have been under Danielle’s care for 10 years now. My horse has been well cared for and still healthy and fit in his senior age of 22. Great family atmosphere that is drama free with excellent coaching and training. Our farm also is a part of ISHA and IEA which provides more cost effective way for young riders to compete. I have had the opportunity to compete in some of the most well known and tough competitions such as WEF, HITS, and Tryon thanks to the support from our coach Danielle and barn family!

Absolutely love this barn! Danielle takes the absolute best care of my horse and I couldn’t imagine having my horse anywhere else. The barn is maintained beautifully and all of the help is amazing! The environment and people at the barn are some of the kindest people I have met! Danielle does a amazing job as the owner of the barn and I couldn’t recommend this barn more!

If I could give no stars I would, my girlfriend and I boarded our horse at Ke’ Aloha and I was very unimpressed from the moment I saw the place, people there were pretty nice but that’s not everything in a barn, you expect cleanliness and a safe environment for your horse to live in and that’s where they lost me, every time I came to the barn the stall our horse was in was never mucked, something we had to do ourself and along with the stall not being clean there was a massive infestation of rodents, they’re everywhere, a whole network of little tunnels connected all the stalls, water was always clean because we would change it our selfs, but others weren’t so lucky. For a barn that’s right in the back yard of the owners home,
you’d think it would be easy to maintain but seems that’s still too difficult sadly. If you don’t care about your horses health and safety, this is a fantastic place to board. Attached is proof that we made the mistake of boarding at Ke’ Aloha..
