I was recommended this place, as I was out here for work looking for a barbecue place. They told me they had briskets here. So I pulled up looking forward to having dinner, I walk in there was a sign says please wait to be seated, as I was waiting nearly 8 minutes two waitresses just looked at me and the other one was walking towards me, but suddenly she turned to another table and started talking to them as she was walking back towards the other waitresses they said something to each other looked at me and all the back toward the kitchen and stood around….. I waited for another three minutes. nobody came around and I just walked out. I wouldn’t recommend this place. If you’re different nationality I think that’s what they base me off of the color of my skin….. sad to say but wish this place nothing but the best…..

No frills place. We ordered takeout. The pork tenderloin sandwiches were tasty, but the order was incorrect: no mayo, one sandwich was not supposed to have onions or tomato, both came with chips but one wasn’t supposed to have them. They do have a salad bar and you can fill your salad take out with your own choices and dressing, so that’s a plus.

Ordered the Pulled Pork dinner. Half of it was fat. Server graciously brought us a new plate of pork. Broccoli salad had an odd flavor. Apple Walnut Slaw was regular cole slaw with a few slices of apple, some walnuts and sugar sprinkled on. Not a place that we would return.

Service was great and food was delicious. Adorable store attached to it. Unfortunately we hit it when they had run out of quite a few menu items.

It's gross when there is a kid at the bar putting food out with one glove and touching everything and long hair with no net. I paid $15 each for the buffet for several people, and it was just disgusting to see that. We found hair in our sons, gravy even. Told the owner that I was disgusted by the situation, in result I couldn't even eat the $15 meal I paid for. She just said "well he is wearing one glove, and I will tell him to put his hair back." No customer service with apologizing or compensating or anything. That's money over customers right there.

Update: This is since the owner replied, I would understand more if the kid was very young and not working with the public and have more respect by not taking pictures but he's in the public eye so that comes with risks. I didn't say anything that leaned towards me bullying anyone, I understood he was a kid, and they were working, I applaud him for that. Regardless, his management should have been more attentive or the people that were around him like the waitresses and that's what this is about as well as it disgusted us enough to waste money because we were too disgusted to eat bc I saw that then found hair in my sons gravy. You say you went to come see us again? For what? A refund? You never mentioned any type of compensation or anything. Never once said, "What can I do to make this right for you?". Like management or better yet, an owner would typically do in a situation like that. Yes you may have been cooking and that will be your excuse but you made time to come see us, you didn't have 5 more seconds to say something of that nature if customer service was/is a priority of yours?

Very deceiving, the food was much better than I expect. The staff were lovely, they were very busy but still made time to talk to us. Maybe not very cozy but I would recommend.

Kellie's is more of a than just a restaurant it's also a gift shop with locally made items. Right next door Kelly also has a dinner theater. Now on to the review of the restaurant. I got the hot brown my lovely wife got the meatloaf with brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes. We're both very happy with our meal great flavors and the service here is prompt and friendly.

We had to eat while wearing our coats. One of the waitresses even had her coat on it was so cold. The was not much warmer and we didn't have one thing that I would consider hot.

The butter wasn't melted on the baked potato and the mac and cheese was room temperature at best. The NY Strip was supposed to be medium but came out well done and very tough. The only things I would recommend, if they were hot, would be the liver and onions and the red skin mashed potatoes.
