100% recommend for self-service dog washes, among so much more! Emma was amazing and helped set me up / walk through all the options with the dog washing room, which includes shampoo, conditioner, brushes, towels, and professional dryer. Love this spot!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this was my first time here and I was so impressed! I brought my dog Pepper and my parents dog Stella to get their nails trimmed. I told them Pepper isn’t really the best for nail trims and that she typically requires a muzzle. When they brought her back out, I was so surprised to hear that she was super good and that they didn’t even use a muzzle on her. Despite me telling them she typically requires a muzzle, I really appreciated that they tested that themselves and didn’t put one on her just because I said that. I know for a fact Pepper tolerated the nail trim so well because of how well they treated her! They were so kind to both me and my fur babies, you can definitely tell they love working with animals and their hearts are in it. I will definitely be back and I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Since the pups were so good I also left with a snack for them, the staff was helpful in recommending which treat would upset their bellies the least. 🙂

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAT HERE FOR NAIL TRIMS. The owner does not train their employees to cut nails correctly. My cat went in for a nail trim, freaked out, and bit the poor girl who was trimming his nails. I felt so horrible because it was an awful bite that really hurt her, but once I got home, I saw why my cat had panicked and bit her. They had cut many of his nails past the quick, which is VERY painful for a cat. WHY WOULD YOU OFFER A SERVICE AND THEN NOT TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES TO SAFELY DO THE SERVICE? I still feel awful for the employee who was bit- all the workers are extremely kind people who clearly love animals - but I am upset with the owners for putting both my cat and their employees in a situation where they both got hurt. Shame on them.

Update to owner's response: yes, you left me a voicemail saying that you didn't have the proper equipment like a muzzle to trim my "grumpy cat's" nails, and that I can't bring him back, which was something I was not planning on doing anyways once I saw how his nails had been hurt. You are supposed to trim cat nails at the tip, not cut them off. I attached a picture for your convenience. It is blurry because he was scared when I touched his paw. Your employees have told me many times that your business rarely serves cats, (my cat is male, not female, by the way. I'm not sure why you're getting that wrong when you have worked with cats for so long) so forgive me for doubting the years of experience you apparently have. It was another employee that originally trimmed his nails, and he originally was very calm. We are in agreement that I should have inspected his nails closer the FIRST time he was "grumpy" instead of trusting your business to continue to trim his nails and chalking it up to a "bad day". I understand it's easier to blame me than take responsibility for your business, but I don't feel comfortable staying quiet knowing your actions could hurt other animals or your own employees.

The employees here are always very friendly and helpful. We’ve tried other dog ‘spas’ for our anxious pup and KC Pet Spa is the only place where she seems to be comfortable. They really do a great job. Today, Ellie helped us at check-out and Lauren bathed our dog.

Our dogs had their first visit for grooming this past weekend and Lisa did a wonderful job with them. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and prices were very reasonable. We will definitely be back!

The Grooming Salon I've been taking my dog to for the last several years Closed so I brought her to Ken Caryl Pet Spa. Diva was a mess and desperately needed grooming. I had a hard time finding a grooming salon that charged reasonable rates and had appointments available.

Ken Caryl Pet Spa was able to get me an appointment within a week and the rates were under $100. My pup is sensitive about her legs and paws... The groomer was patient with her and did a fantastic job on her cut. She also groomed her face and tail exactly how Iike it. My pup wasn't stressed out and seemed to like the new groomer.

I'm impressed with the service and we will continue to use this grooming salon.

Edit review - The response from the owner is pathetic. I have taken my dog to other places (out of state so I can't go there all the time) they do a great job with her in 30 minutes. I'm not going to have my nervous dog sit in a cage for 4 hours while you try and maximize your profits but working on multiple dogs at one time while other dogs sit around and wait. She takes 5 minutes to dry so all of this is about profit, not customer service or taking care of animals. Plus the owner didn't address the crabby groomer etc - NONE OF THIS IS MY ISSUE - THEY HAVE A SERVICE AND I PAID WAY TOO MUCH FOR IT, they did a terrible job, and they are blaming their horrible service on the fact that they didn't schedule it properly. She's a 12 lb dog with little hair and they didn't even clip her nails.
Give me a break - this is why businesses don't last - they don't understand customer service. Horrible owner.
I have a nervous dog who gets a lot of anxiety at groomers. She is a small 12 lb Jack Russell and when I called to bring her in to be groomed, they wanted to keep her for four hours, something about her drying time which seems ridiculous. She’s tiny and just doesn’t have that much fur. There was no way I was leaving her there for four hours. So I booked what they called an express, which I had to make 3 to 4 months in advance. When I brought her in I asked them to call me right away because I was going to stick around close so I could get her as soon as she was done, the groomer told me it was going to take four hours and when I corrected her, she got all mad at the front desk person because they double booked her or something, not my problem as the customer and also didn’t make me feel really great about leaving my nervous dog with a crabby groomer. The groomer never asked me what I wanted. I asked her to trim her beard, but there was no other conversation about the service. Just crabby, poor conduct in front of a customer. I got her back in 45 minutes. It cost me $96 and she was still wet. They barely trimmed her beard, did not trim her nails (hello?) and her collar was sopping wet. You have to pay extra for the express and they do a terrible job and they’re crabby. This is the last time I’ll take her there. I do not recommend this place if you care about your pets.
