We LOVE Kitty Charm School!
We have two, high energy kitten brothers who have been together since birth. We wanted to find boarding place that would allow them to room together and was spacious, and Kitty Charm School certainly exceeded our expectations. The rooms are clean and have a bunch of ledges and cute features to keep our kittens entertained. They get time out in larger play rooms too to let out energy.
The staff are attentive, sweet, knowledgeable and great communicators. They run a really sweet volunteer program where 'Kitty worshipers' spend time playing with your cat(s) and sending you video updates called 'Kitty mail'. Its great to get these updates while we are away and puts us at ease to see our Kittens being loved and cared for.
I would highly recommend Kitty Charm School to anyone!

They took great care of my cats. They even sent videos so I would know they were OK and healthy. I plan to bring my cats back there again. The rooms for the cats were spacious, had plenty of levels to explore, and were very clean. There was even plenty of available parking.

I had never boarded my cat before and was pretty nervous to. Kitty Charm School helped alleviate my fears with their amazing facility and kind and attentive staff. You can tell they actually enjoy working with the cats. They are very professional and were accommodating when I had a bit of a schedule change. I love their "Kitty Mail" feature which sends videos of the cats either daily or every other day. They kept me updated on her eating habits and any weight fluctuations seeing as cats can have issues eating in boarding. This is definitely my go-to place for future boarding.

We searched carefully for a place to board our Petey (aka kitty doggie) when we had to go out of town. He's a free spirit, spends half his time outside on our quiet cul-de-sac / hill, and is somewhat sensitive to sound, strangers and surprises.

We have only boarded him one other time, pre-pandemic, at Fit & Furry in Petaluma. They were "OK", but we wanted more exclusive attention and space for him.

KCS had some solid reviews and we also checked with a groomer we know who gave them the highest praise, so we decided to book him in for a 5 day stay.

Not only did they take great care of him but also we received their "kitty mail" videos that helped us connect with him and provide us peace of mind while we traveled. He wasn't super happy about being away from his luxury resort home, but given that he was comfortable and they even provided him with a King room towards the back of the facility where he wouldn't be exposed to as many new faces and activity, he had it made in the shade.

He loved the "sky box" (a private place for cats to climb-up to and watch everything that happens outside their own room from above), and seemed to have adapted as well as can be expected, but most importantly he was well fed, safe, cared for and came back to us in great shape.

We really appreciate KCS and their sweet staff!! If you have a feline member of your family that's a bit skittish and you're afraid to board them at "just any facility", I'm writing this review for you so that you know KCS will be a great option. We aren't going to board him very often, but this is THE place from here on.

I have now completed 2 successful stays at KCS with another on the way shortly. My cats love it here - as much as a cat can love boarding, and really settle in quickly to the routine at KCS. The staff is very knowledgeable and responsive, and they seem to genuinely care about the wellbeing of your pets. Highly recommend!

We left our cat in their care for over 2 months, and were thrilled with the level of attention and passion. I would give them 6 stars if I could. Our older cat developed a medical issue which they noticed immediately, contacted us, and handled veterinary transport and medication. He was totally pampered (spoiled, even!) and we will definitely bring our cat back here for our next trip. The Kitty Mail service is so reassuring when you're halfway around the world.
