Haven't been here since they updated apparently a few months ago. The new seats are incredibly comfortable. The sound and image quality are both top as well. I can't find myself giving any place a 5 though that charges the kind of prices they charge. I understand it's pretty much done across the board, but there's absolutely no reason that cinemas, stadiums, concerts, etc charge the prices that they do.

Second time "people" yaking entire movie. Is this what you think the theater is for? Have some consideration for people who come to watch and LISTEN to the movie.

I put up with 40 minutes listening to a couple talking constantly. Got up and informed a staff person. She did nothing. They need to be asked to leave. After another, continual yaking for 20 more minutes---I left!!!!

Clean and comfortable theater to see current newly released movies. Tickets priced reasonably. Lake County is lucky to have....and there's a Drive-in theater during the summer.

This is a local theater that is located in Lakeport CA. On the beautiful largest freshwater lake in California. It has three movie screens and has an up to date interior lobby and concession stand for all you moving going snacking pleasure. The only draw back these days is price per adult ticket. I'm sorry but I'm from the era, when you could go see a double feature for the price that a large tub of popcorn costs these days. All in all though it's nice to have a local theater still.

The place is clean and the staff is pleasant.
The problem is that there is no box office. You can't walk up, buy a ticket, go in, and sit down. You have to stand in the concession line and wait until little Bobby and all his friends decide what flavor/size Icee they want, and somebody's Uncle Joe to figure out if he wants BonBons or an Eskimo Pie.
Drives me nuts! Why make people stand there and wait through that? And it can take several minutes.
Lastly, they have a 3 flavor Icee machine, but no cola option. Who in the HE-double hockey sticks wants a mango Icee?!

Theater was clean and comfortable. Very hospitable staff as well. Quite nice.
