I can not say enough wonderful things about this venue and the owners, Adam and Betsy. The land is BEAUTIFUL, the pole barn is perfectly sized and lit, and the associated structures on the property (smaller barn, front porch) are the perfect accessory spaces to allow for flow during an event. The land/venue alone is a 6/5 rating for me but BETSY and her detail-oriented, highly organized nature is what sets this place apart!!! You can tell Betsy really knows what she is doing and cares about planning beautiful and meaningful events. We held our wedding reception here after a small family ceremony at our home and it was the PERFECT complement to our big day. All night I just kept hearing guests say how pretty the barn was and how nice of a place the venue was. On the day of Betsy and Adam were constantly and diligently working to ensure everything flowed perfectly. Betsy regularly checked in with me and addressed any questions for me, which I REALLY appreciated because it then gave me the mental freedom to relax. Finally, their giant old oaks are so stunning it makes for the most beautiful North Florida backdrop. If you’re considering LA for an event you absolutely have to schedule a tour, you won’t be disappointed!

The 5 stars aren’t enough. If I could do more stars I would ! Betsy & Adam are very down to earth, gracious, sweetest most accommodating people I’ve ever come in contact with for a venue ! Betsy is the face of the venue & Adam does what Betsy tells him too lol. I had my wedding here and if I’d have to do it all over again, I’d still choose Langan Acres as my venue. Very beautiful landscape, quiet, rustic feels, gorgeous everything ! Betsy keeps in contact with you every step of the way, if you have questions she answers them to the best of her ability and if she doesn’t know she will get you in contact with someone who does or she will do it for you. Very affordable venue options.

Betsy and Adam of Langan Acres are SO lovely! I'm the owner/wedding photographer of Indie West Photo and one of my clients had their wedding at Langan Acres in October. From the communication prior to the wedding, being invited to tour the premises and the attentiveness to the couple and all the vendors on the day of, Betsy and Adam were on it! As a photographer who works at wedding venues all throughout Florida and out of state, Betsy and Adam are truly so attentive and kind. Some elements of the venue I absolutely love are that it's such an open, beautiful property, the sunset on location is gorgeous and I absolutely love the fire pit and seating - perfect for chilly evenings!

We LOVED having our daughter’s first birthday at Langan Acres! They were nothing short of amazing! Everything we needed they had, everything was perfectly set up, all vendors went through them and it was a smooth and easy set up the day of! We had a bounce house as well and it was great that they had the perfect space for it because it was a huge hit for the kiddos especially in July!

I would highly recommend Langan Acres for any of your event needs! They are so easy to work with and treat you like family, it’s just the best! We couldn’t have imagined our daughter’s big day any better. Thank you Adam and Betsy!!

This is such a GEM! If you want a great spot for a reception, fund raiser, or party of any type, you could not do better than booking it at Langan Acres. It is a clean, quiet, perfect venue. Each time I've been there it has been outstanding and magical.
