Get VIP. You get to sit in the front row. The food is actually really good and tasty. I wasn't expecting it to be good, but I was pleasantly surprised. The ambiance is great. The staff is friendly. The place looks clean. Seats are comfortable. For parking you can park for free in the public parking around the corner. You can walk easily to the Laugh Factory from the parking. It's maybe 2 blocks in distance. I didn't use the restroom, so I can't comment on that. When you get there, there's 2 lines. The line by the wall is regular seating. The other line is VIP seating. You walk in first. I recommend this place. I'd go back again.

I received an email for free tickets and immediately got 4. Live comedy clubs like the Ice House. A couple months ago we went to see Rich Little. Great experience. Knew is be back. That's why I was excited for tonight. I'm disabled and a gentleman named Harry stained the perfect take for us. We ordered drinks which all but 1 were terrible. We didn't even receive 1 of the drinks in the first place. Sorry sorry long, because one of the drinks took over 45 minutes and I asked the waitress what happened. She said she was busy, which she was, but I time her it shouldn't take 45 minutes for one drink. A minute later an employee who was seating guests came over and yelled at us for blocking other seats. We sat where w were sat. Then she came and started telling that we hurt the waitress feelings by telling her 45 minutes is to long for a drink even when busy. She then started telling my friend let's talk about this in the lobby. She followed where the employee pushed her it the door and ashamed it behind her. She can back and told us to get out too. Between her yelling and pushing my wife and I towards the nothing was accomplished. I tried to calmly discuss this with her and she threatened to call the police. Threatened multiple times. Pushing me and shutting the door on my for. I have spinal injuries that were definitely iritated

We saw Spanglish here with Paul Rodriguez. What a class act! Highly recommend seeing his show.. And his movie Holy Cash. Brought my dad,a longtime fan who's seen him several times over the years, and he had such a great time. We planned this and dinner afterwards to tell him he's going to be a Grandpa again. The night couldn't have been better. Love this venue and the couple who own it are doing a good job. Spoke to the wife and she was very happy to have us. Great customer service. We'll be back soon.

My childhood friend Vickie Barbolak was the headliner and she was on as usual. Funny as hell.he'll. If you haven't, you need to see her. She has really honed her craft.

We enjoyed watching a comedy show from our private balcony. The place is clean. The staff was awesome. GA seats looked cramped.
The pricing examples: The 3 drinks in the photo are left to right Jack & Coke (1 shot Jack Daniel's), Moscow Mule (1 shot house vodka), and a (1 shot house) vodka cranberry. $11.00 each. One chocolate chip cookie $5.95.

My experience was ok. The old school theater seating was tight.. I like the seating at the Ontario improv better.. wider .. also it was hot in Covina location.. audience was fanning themselves with the menu
