We've taken out dogs to Lebanon Animal Hospital for their annuals, issues and even surgery. They treat us & the dogs with such passion & respect. Our babies just love them! I'd recommend them to anyone.

Took our geriatric cat in for an emergency visit on a Saturday because our regular vet was closed. We were told they didn't have any availability but they would fit us in under the circumstances. The patient and his people received quality, compassionate care. We really appreciated Dr Schmidt's approach when discussing our options, and not pushing treatment like some other vets would. The entire staff was helpful and extremely patient as we processed and arrived at a very difficult decision for our guy. RIP Larry. 😿

Very kind to my pet and myself. When I called them, on a Saturday no less, they made room for my pet because it was important she be seen right away. I very much appreciated that they didn't send me to an emergency vet! Thanks guys. I won't hesitate to recommend you.

We have been taking our pets here for years and have always had a good experience..until we hit an emergency situation.. our dog has been sick and we’ve been managing his care with what money we do have, but we only get paid once a month so timing wise it wasn’t great. My husband became permanently disabled last year and we had to file bankruptcy as a result of our finances being cut off until disability started, so the care credit options weren’t an option for us.
We understood this and so we rescheduled his appointment for a week later and that gave us a week to try and scrape some money together to at least get him looked at.

He progressively got worse and my husband called about our dog very suddenly passing blood and what we need to do. The person he spoke to said he needs to see the ER vet “NOW.” And so this of course made my husband panic a bit and he was still talking to the woman about our dog when she rudely hung up on him.

Because of this reaction when we are obviously stressed and in a panic because our 8 year old dog being suddenly sick, I’m choosing to move all of our pets to a different vet office. I understand it’s a business and a business needs to make money. But empathy and kindness are free and this business failed in our eyes.

I had a wonderful experience here recently! My GS developed swelling on one side of her face all of a sudden and I had called my vets office to see if I could get her in & they told me they could make me an appointment for the following week or bring her in to urgent care but the price would be higher. They didn't bother to tell me that urgent care was only from 9am to 2pm and they were closed until the following Sunday & I had called them on Wednesday. I called Lebanon Animal Hospital & they had me bring her in first thing the next morning. I was able to leave her there while they observed her after the vet examination & giving her medication to make sure she didn't have any bad reactions & her swelling was down. The vet tech Morgan is absolutely wonderful & did a fabulous job communicating with me through the day. The vet Sarah V. is absolutely amazing! She truly cares about your animals well being & does a wonderful job explaining the follow up procedures. AND they didn't charge me an arm & a leg or try to sell me anything unnecessarily! I will be switching ALL of my animals care over to Lebanon Animal Hospital!!

I love bringing my dogs here! Every staff member is so kind and compassionate to my animals, and answer all of my questions.. They even work with me on making sure my large breed rescue dog sees a female veterinarian every time he comes in. (he has had bad experiences with men). They have a customer for life!

Our first visit with our newest family member Lucky, a kitten we rescued at birth, now 6 months old. He is now fully vaccinated and neutered to prevent other rescues in the future. They were very friendly, professional and have great follow up as well. See you in 3 months for his booster shots!!
