I would never take my animals to this facility. My cat was seen as an emergency basis stayed 2 days was sent home, recommend to bring him back in 2 weeks that night my cat was still in respiratory distress. Next day took my cat to Dr Mitchell in Guymon, she actually shaved the part to remove drainage which he didn’t have any shavings from Liberal animal hospital. Dr. Mitchell saw my cat had a collapsed lung, and I had to put him down. After I spent $625 at this facility, and my cat was sent home still with respiratory distress unbelievable. Never again!!!

My dogs haven't been a patient there yet but they will be from now on.
These guys were the only ones to offer advice and guidance without me coming in (so they can make a bit of money). The lady I spoke with offered symptoms to look for and after care advice without ever asking me for anything. She even called me back after consulting with who I assume was a/the lead vet with a bit of extra info from him/her on what to watch for and when to seek care on my dog who ingested rat poison.
All without asking me for anything even my name. They truly put pet's health before financial gain. Thank you team for the peace of mind and offer of help that others wanted me to pay for without even hearing out the situation.

Had to take Holly to the Vet the other day. She's nervous when I'm headed that way, but once she gets inside the building and sees everyone she is very happy to see them. The staff is always friendly to me. I haven't had any problems with anyone.

The staff is very friendly and polite and they are very caring about my dog. And she likes them. Any time I have called on them for any questions they have been kind and helpful for whatever the situation is.

Staff hung up the phone when I laughed at the fact they leave dogs in the kennel from 4:00pm to 6am. That's 14 hours!!! Unsupervised with no potty break. Lady on the phone said they "usually" do just fine What does that answer even mean? 🙄😔 I guess if your pet isn't one of the "usual" ones there might be some cause for concern here.. asking a dog to go that long without taking it out to a proper potty area can lead to behavioral issues, urinary and bladder problems...the Vets are most definitely aware of this information.. my advice is don't even try your luck.. take your pet to a sitter that can do better!
