The staff is very friendly and helpful. I feel my pet gets very good care here. The doctors I have used, Dr Reynolds and Dr Landrum are wonderful. Both are very caring, and don’t rush off to hurry to another patient. They take their time with me and my pet, and listen. They are gentle when treating my pet, and are very pleasant. When I need an appointment, they get me in promptly. No waiting 2 weeks to a month for an appointment.

The entire staff at Line Street is top notch. I especially want to shout out to the techs. My dogs get excited when they realize where they are going, and even my stand off-ish shepherd husky melts for the vet techs and let's them do whatever they need to do because they take the time to make her comfortable. The quality of the care that the doctors provide for routine care as well as special situations is the best I've ever seen. You can't find anywhere that cares as much about your babies as well as Line Street.

Family dog checkup 1 week go, says everything's healthy. TODAY. called and said we had an EMERGENCY for our dog. THESE PEOPLE, go on lunch break, (mind you we had called these peope already) so we have to sit for an hour! As they get back all DRAGGING their feet.. our dog took its last breath in our vehicle.. We ended up picking the dog up right away instead of waiting on their gurny. Ran the dog inside. "They tried cpr". AFTER We put our dog back in our vehicle so we could give her a proper bearial at the house. They followed us into the parking lot. DEMANDING payment right away! "Or they would call the cops" less than 5 mins after our dog had passed they were so adimit about their money..... 10/10 would NOT recommend to anyone!

We have been to the vet twice this week. The staff treated my fur baby awesome. They listened to my concerns, answered my questions and treated Abby as family. Our 2nd visit was to have her euthanized. They have a special room with a treat cabinet . The staff asked questions and let us decide the pace we wanted to go . The vet talked to her with heart felt love. He stayed with us until she passed. We was given privacy and time to say our goodbyes.

Line Street fit in an urgent new patient in a very timely way. I was impressed with the thoroughness of the exam and how caring and knowledgeable the staff was. Unfortunately my very elderly and sick cat passed away during lab work but everyone was extremely kind, thoughtful and compassionate. I will always appreciate and remember this.

Lori and Linda are literal rockstars of the front desk. If you need something, they've got you covered.

Montanna, Kendra, Kenz, Tylar, Dani and Lauren are the sweetest asisstants ever, and give my kids lots of loves.Tylar and Montanna sat on the floor with my kids, and just loved on them- then told me all about how perfect they are- you guys, thank you!

Drs Ahlemeyer, Landrum and Reynolds are the gold standard of medicine- you can trust them with your fur-kids.
