I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had a rodeo I could watch and got to learn it wasn't my thing without wasting time and money going to a big one somewhere else. But I really came from the sweet deal: $5 parking, $7 admission (kids under 12 free), free lawn seats to Blue Oyster Cult!!! (I've added 2 back row lawn seats view pictures too.) The nice restrooms were closed so we had to use portapotties that had no line system so people screamed at you for cutting like you could read their mind. Small fair, good music, reasonable snack prices (large bag of kettle corn $8). I might come back for another good band some day.

Parking is good here large lot half paved half gravel. Easy right turn off I5 northbound. Large venue with many buildings. TIMBERLINN dog park across the street. TIMBERLINN park across the street. Fishing, picnic and playground.

It's so small compared to all the other fairs I've been to. I've been twice in the last 10 years. I probably won't go again. I'll wait for the state fair in Salem.

This event center hosts the Black Sheep Gathering every June, on the last weekend. We have so much fun with the sheep and goats plus the related events. A must see even if there is a bit of a drive from your home.

Pretty good for a fair but the prices were steep and most goods weren't good quality. The food was awesome and the entertainment on point. The cost of games however is ridiculous

The website instructions re: what can be brought in were different than what was enforced at the gate by the contracted security team. Online said to bring a clear bag for your possessions; no backpacks, etc. I get there and purses and backpacks are searched and let thru...not a clear plastic bag to be found aside from myself and my party. When I let one of the security people know the discrepancy, he was a bit of a condescending prat about it. Last year I had to dump my water out. This year, no rules about water. It also seemed like the parking lot arrangement was a bit too blocked off. Let's be consistent, kids.

The animal exhibits were great for the grandkids but fair prices aside $10 for a corndog and $3 for a bottle of water. Never again. If they would at least allow you to bring in your own water maybe.
