Went exploring in the town of Arcadia. Happened upon this awesome place!! Didn’t know I needed a reservation, but I lucked out because they’re were other people there for a reservation and the lady was super sweet and said we could join the tour!! She is doing an amazing job with the fur babies she has, lots of information on the animals and definitely knows her stuff!! I would highly recommend visiting if you’re in the area, just make sure you make an appointment and follow the gps, it’s off the beaten path, but definitely worth checking out! I would definitely go back whenever I am in that area again!

Wonderful and peaceful wildlife refuge/rescue. Tours are very small and personal. A worthwhile stop even though it's really out of the way

My Boyfriend and I visited yesterday and enjoyed this rescue so much. It's beautiful to see people take on the responsibility of animals that are either abandoned, abused, hurt, or just given up because the people who took on these animals in couldn't commit to them for life. Keep up the good work. A Special shout out to our guide BOB who was amazing identifying each and every animal..❤❤❤ Love, Dianne Perkins and Phil Areaux..

What a wonderful place to visit . Thank you to the couple that runs this place recusing all these animals. Lions , tigers ,bear, horse , goats and chicken, monkey all recused by them to live out the rest of there life’s.That is so awesome. We also had a great guide Bob , that told us about all the animals.

Off the beaten path, but well worth the trip. Lions. Tigers and Bears is EXACTLY what you get including other exotic and formerly abandoned/abused creatures. The zoo cannot compare to this.

@Peter Kleinhenz. Please provide the documentation of this alleged track record of not caring for their animals - since I cannot find any such information you are eluding to. They are not funded like a zoo or Sea World. They are funded by donations and volunteers ds.

I have known Lynn and her work with animals for over 30 years now .she is very passionate towards these thrown away animals.they do an excellent job and give a very personal tour through there facilities.my grandkids love it.
