Took the wife to see All My Sons for Valentine's day. We went in with no expectations as we knew nothing about Little Colonel Players. I have to say we were blown away with the experience, the cast of this play was amazing! The theatre is small so you feel like you're right on stage with the cast. The next play is a musical so not sure if we will catch that but this place will definitely be on our short list for fun nights out going forward.

In a truly rookie move, I told my daughter I'd take her to a show and then waited until the morning of the last performance of the run to buy tickets. Turns out there were not two seats next to each other available. In a long shot, I called the box office. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. After looking at their seating chart, they made a plan and I was able to fulfill my promise and take my daughter after all. She's 6 and loved the performance, belly laughing at a few scenes. Good to see live theatre is alive and well

The venue is in a historic little town. It's very small, but it seems to work well for the type of plays they produce. It's quaint with comfortable seating, and they don't try to freeze you out with the air conditioning.

The most recent play, Writing My Own Obituary, was written and directed by a longtime LCP associate, Bill Baker. He got a great message across in an interesting way with humor and a few plot twists and turns. The actors were great, as was lighting and set design. I never leave this theater disappointed. Give it a try!

Friendly and inviting atmosphere, lends itself to thoughts of times gone by. The seating is a tad uncomfortable due to spacing, but seasoned patrons seemed to happily endure.

It's nice to have this venue for entertainment as a more intimate option. Cookies and coffee/punch during intermission is a quaint offering as well.

Fantastic experience. We went to watch the family Christmas show. My daughter and family loved it. All of the actors were great and we got to meet them afterwards. Everyone was very friendly and the show was entertaining for kids and adults. Will be back soon
