Worst vet of all time. I wrote a negative review of them after they misdiagnosed my dogs torn ACL- just looked back and it seems to have been magically taken down. I wouldn't take my dog to this vet if they were the last vet office in town. The office is nasty and dirty, the front desk is manned by people with ZERO customer service experience and the vet.. Well the vet spent all of 20 minutes with my dog and told me that his injury was not a torn ACL. Come to find nearly 12 days later after taking him to another vet that he did indeed have a torn ACL. The most annoying part- the vet did an Xray to see if the ACL was torn... XRAYS DONT SHOW ACL TEARS! I then had to call and argue with them and threaten complaints to that state regulatory board to get them to actually refund the nearly $1,000 i spent there. AVOID THIS PLACE AND FIND A VET THAT ACTUALLY KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

I came to Lone Tree Vet because I assumed they were more professional than anywhere else. I paid $506 for a certificate of good health for my pet to travel outside of the country since I am moving temporarily. Even though banfield was cheaper, I came here because of the great customer service I received over the phone. However, no one told me that I would not be able to leave my appointment with the certificate. It wasn’t until I was at the appointment that they told me it would be emailed to me the day before I travel. I am traveling on a Sunday and tomorrow is Memorial Day just to increase my luck. I never received my certificate. I should’ve known not to trust a certificate to come in THE DAY BEFORE TRAVEL. I need every cent I paid back. I’m SO upset.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this medical center. We have been going for years for annual checkups for our dog and it was time for a dental cleaning. I was so nervous about my sweet baby dog going under anesthesia. The staff at Lone Tree were so professional, caring, and amazing and most of all COMPETENT and COMPASSIONATE! I had nothing to worry about because they treat the pets having a procedure as if they were their own family and pets. Chelsea, the anesthesiologist, was the most caring person and was an angel to me and our dog. Dr. Voss is the best doctor I have ever encountered at an animal practice. So caring and patient with so many questions I had. My baby is doing so well and really had no problems with the procedure or after. I’m so grateful for Lone Tree Vet and having entrusted my dog with them. Thank you Dr Voss and Chelsea and to your whole amazing staff.

Would give no stars if I could. My dog went in for an exam and certificate of good health. Vet Lawrence Burstein told me that the emailed certificate would arrive in my inbox the day before my flight. Of course, the certificate did not show up and there was no way to get in touch on a Sunday. The airline denied my pup and I had to scramble to find someone to take care of him. This isn’t even the worst part. When I called for my refund, Mr. burstein decided to drone on for about 5 minutes about how to was up to me to call on Friday. Even though he advised it would be in my email the day before my flight- my flight was on a Sunday- so there was no way I would expect it to come that early. He continues to go on about how the past certificates were emailed both to the vet and the patron in previous cases but in my case it only went to the vet. Instead of apologizing for the fact that I wasted $250 on my dogs cargo space and the fact that I have to live six months without my baby boy, he decided to drone on forever about why it is my fault and why he is not responsible instead of taking any accountability.

Burstein, I hope you take a good long look at yourself and your inability to accept fault and be accountable. You gave information that was not accurate and never apologized in the end.

Terrible doctor, terrible place. Take your pet somewhere else.

What a special and wonderful institution! I would prefer to see these veterinarians more than my own primary care physician. Though as wonderful as the care has been the Training with Will really set and achieved a new level of service for me. Training with lone tree has help me learn to be the best dog owner I could be. I will be happily participating in this training again soon! Thank you so very much Will, and all the Lone Tree Team!!!

My accident/mischievous labradoodle, Zeke, is a frequent flyer at Lone Tree Vet. He’s met almost every vet and technician during his robust 5.5 years of life thus far. His recent reason for going was a sprain from running into a dollar store toy helicopter on the ground while playing fetch. The entire staff is amazing and shout-out to Dr. Moyle who literally got down on the ground to help Zeke adjust his cast, and be more comfortable with it. Raising these fur babies can be quite the ordeal sometimes. Lone Tree Vet makes it a whole lot easier. ❤️

Lone Tree Veterinarian is the best animal hospital I've ever come across. Since moving to the area 4 years ago they have cared for my two cats and dog. I'm always impressed by how efficient the front office staff is, availability of appointment times that fit my schedule, and the care and compassion they show to their patients and clients. The tenderness with which they handled the passing of one of our cats, and the thoroughness of their diagnostic into the root cause of our dogs gastric distress are appreciated in a way I can't repay with money. They have earned, and continue to earn, my business.

We have took our dog here many times for boarding. Every time, their service has exceeded our expectations. The people there are so sweet, and my dog is always excited to see them! The last time we were there, they took us down to the area with the dogs. It is really noisy down there, but that’s expected considering all the dogs. They take the dogs for walks, feed them, and let them play with other dogs. I love it because they are a vet as well, so if something happens to them, they can treat the dogs. I highly recommend going to Lone tree Veterinary center for boarding, or as a vet. We have never experienced their grooming services so I can’t speak for that.
