Have been coming to this vet for 8 years now since my bubs was a puppy....very very friendly, informative, knowledgeable and caring vet techs and doctors that make the experience feel like your going to a family members house.....some people complain about pricing, guess what, you get what you pay for...think about that....also if you're a responsible pet owner who is able to purchase pet insurance for your fur baby, the cost shouldn't be an issue, I understand that some animals do not qualify for pay insurance because they are rescued straight from the street or have other reasons companies deny them.... Either way it's a great place to go and I wouldn't recommend any other place and there is a reason that we've been going here for so long and continue to do so!!!!! Thanks to the staff and owners for providing such a comfortable atmosphere so the animals and humans have a great experience and some peace of mind!!!!!!!!!

Martha Lake Vet Clinic did a terrific job with my senior cat. They are a caring, compassionate, and competent, full-service vet practice. The techs and staff made appointment times available when there were urgent concerns. Dr. Pal went out of his way to help ensure my pet received excellent care.

Very good with my cat Charlie. We went in to deal with a flea problem. My Charlie does not like strangers but he was good with them, as every one who handle him was very gentle. This was our 1st visit and I'm happy with this clinic. This will definitely be our new vet. Highly recommended.

I cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Smalley and his team for given my boy OJ the best care he could have possibly received. They have shown professionalism and compassion this entire time, and gave OJ an emergency surgery that I wasn't sure I could afford anywhere else. I highly recommend this team for any of your pet needs.

I recommend it for anyone who wants good care for their pet, they take good time for each visit, they listen patiently and answer all your questions. I took my pet for multiple visits now. Wouldn’t say expensive really as I had been going to a far more expensive one when I was in other city and genuinely I was surprised to find their billing so reasonable.

My husband took our dogs here for routine vaccinations. They took one dog into the back and gave the vaccines without telling us. When my husband found out, he insisted being present while they administered the vaccines on our second dog. They clearly botched the job as the vaccines trickled down our dogs fur. My husband pointed it out (because they didn't notice) and they had to re-do it. They claim the vaccines went in perfectly with our first dog. Hmm...did they? Not being present, we can't be sure. We've been going to this vet for several years and they've never given vaccines without us present. This "new policy" is shady business and we will not be coming back. We don't trust them.

We had to change veterniary care this year due to a move and luckily we found Dr Jenkins who is very compassionate and gentle with my sweet older dog. My dog has had some challenges with his health this year and
Dr Jenkins has handled him gently and understood my wish to treat him conservatively due to his age and financial constraints. She has always discussed options and pros and cons of each with us and I have never felt rushed or pressured. The most important consideration for me though is that he is doing great under her skilled care and he also really likes her and doesn't even seem to mind much when she needs to look at a sore spot which is truly the highest compliment from my ol' pup! She also has a wonderful team from reception to vet technicians which have also been top notch. I would highly recommend their skilled and compassionate care to anyone! ❤️
