I have to say, I’ve taken my dogs to several places around town, but I always ended up looking for a new one due to pricing issues or poor customer service from the reception staff. This place has been an absolute godsend. When my dog got into an ant nest, they did a thorough work-up on her. More recently, she developed an ear hematoma, and they assisted her quickly and, most importantly, kindly.

What really stood out was how they took the time to go over different pricing options with me—something other clinics never offered. Thanks to their care, my dog is doing amazing and has her energy back. These vets are, without a doubt, the best I’ve ever encountered.

I unfortunately came to visit under the worst case scenario and after a few visits, had to put my cat Minnie to sleep. Dr. Stathakis and every single person in this office were so so so incredibly kind, caring and empathetic to the situation and took such good care of Minnie throughout the whole process. These kind people know you are losing a family member and treat it as such. Whenever I called with a problem, they got us in right away. Dr. Stathakis explained her diagnosis and the process in great detail and was sympathetic and supportive. She is a great Dr. and I am so glad I found her and this office. You guys are truly wonderful at what you do and I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to each and every one of you.

Took my leopard gecko in today and was thrilled with the service. Dr Campbell was amazing and just a plethora of great information. Staff is "over the top" nice and the clinic is very clean and organized. Highly recommend.

Everyone that works here is so friendly ! My dog Charlie loves both doctors he has seen. Would definitely recommend to anyone that needs a veterinary specialist ? They also have great and affordable pet plans for insurance.

My dog had an ear infection. There were no appointments available yet I was still able to see a tech who got a culture, showed it to the doctor who had no availability that day and I left within 1/2 hour with the needed medication. Very happy that my dog didn’t have to spend an extra day dealing with the infection. Great job Martin Downs Animal Hospital ?

My Mastiff went in for spaying with Dr. Campbell. Everything went smoothly, Jarec took great care of her pre op and post op before and after assisting Dr. Campbell with surgery. She is recovering well with half a pain pill twice per day (I have her crated except to go out on a leash (because I have her sister Bullmastiff too).
Shr has surgical glue instead of sutures, which made it more comfortable for her and less worry for me.
I highly recommend Martin Downs Animal Hospital and DVM Campbell, and his staff.

I have been taking my cats to Martin Downs Animal Hospital for years after having a bad experience with another large clinic in Palm City. The doctors, tech and admin staff have always been friendly and helpful! Martin Downs Animal Hospital is the only place I will take my cats to! I highly recommend them to properly care for your pets!

Took my 14 mo old Golden retriever here for the first time this month and I can’t say one bad thing. From the front desk to vet, everyone was helpful and informative.

Dr. Sysel was extremely knowledgeable and kind. She’s very patient and thorough with her exam. The environment was so nice that at the end, my dog was laying down, relaxed while we were talking about next steps for spaying.
