I’ve been training with Coach Fredrick for almost three years now, and I absolutely love it. The atmosphere is fantastic, the people are welcoming, and there's ample space to train. The mats are always clean, and the overall environment is well-maintained. If you're seeking a fresh addition to your fitness regimen, I highly recommend this place. It's perfect for anyone who's bored with the same old treadmill-and-weights routine and wants to mix things up with some Jiu-Jitsu. The training sessions are engaging and challenging, making it an excellent way to stay fit while learning valuable self-defense skills.

Great place for kids to learn jiu jitsu. Coach Ricky is a good teacher for kids. He takes the time to show kids the correct techniques and explains to them the reason why in terms the kids can understand. He works with the kids at their level and with a smile on his face.
