I’m grateful for the maintenance staff. One technician came to take care of the broken fence we had when we arrived within a week of placing a work order. Another technician came today to look at the dishwasher and lighting in the bathroom within a week of placing a work order. The technician gave me guidance on how to take care of the dishwasher and even offered to do it himself. Then, I notified him of the lighting and he immediately took care of it.
I want to express my gratitude to both gentleman and young lady that came. The only thing I see that can be improved is communication. I felt so bad the young lady and gentleman were waiting outside for me today. I had no idea they were coming today.

Just moved here a few months ago and just completed their easter egg hunt. So far if we have any issues they have been helpful and prompt fixing items.
There's a nice play ground for the kids and pool and tennis court.
There's a game room, gym, and basketball court inside..

Moving the stars down because ever since the company Mayroad took over the inside and facilities like the game room and gym have not been cleaned and everything is filthy dirty. They need to sanitize and clean the place.

Man oh man….where do I begin. Base living at Corvias has hands down been the absolute worst base living experience we have ever had. I am so happy and grateful that we found a beautiful home off base because words cannot express my disdain for this place. For starters, they lie about absolutely every so called perk of living on base. They DO NOT keep up with regular pest control, they DO NOT provide bulk trash pick up, even when moving out of housing. We were told we will be charged $75+ for any bulk items that don’t fit in those super small garbage cans provided in housing when we move. There is little to NO space in these houses for a single family let alone space for your stuff. The walls are super thin so if you like slightly loud music, wanna watch a good
action movie with a little bass, or just happen to be a loud talker expect complaints from your connected neighbors. If someone walks by your house and drops trash in your yard or anywhere within 20ft around your unit you will be responsible for cleaning it up. The blinds are cheap, if you look at them too hard they break and they will charge you $35 for any and all broken blinds. We were warned by so many people NOT to move on base but we had to learn the hard way, I wish we had listened. If you are considering moving here I suggest you rent or buy elsewhere. You can get way more house for your money ANYWHERE in Florida. Tomorrow is our last day here and my family is beyond ecstatic to get out, I will be praying for the family next in line for this tragedy.

I swear military housing management has taken a nose dive over the years, maintenance, and area up keeping the pool are all neglected. But they are always on top of things when it comes to taking your money.

Budget houses with tons of problems. Pay all my BAH plus I get charged an electric and gas bill which has been increasing pretty steadily every month. A/C has a limiter on it, so being from Washington and living in Florida, my family is pretty miserable all the time. (And no, opening a window so I can let the humidity in isn't really something I'm interested in. Purchasing fans is an option, and that'll increase my electricity because I pay for that too.) They've fixed a couple problems, which are back because the worker that came didn't really know what to do. Also had mold in my son's old room, took them a month and a half (with me calling almost on a daily basis) to come in and fix the doors and cut out and replace the parts of the wall that were affected by the mold. Had water leak into my light fixtures. Water also came out of one of my power sockets. Backyard spigot wasn't installed correctly (didn't have correct spigot connected) flooded my back yard and my kitchen. Back door isn't sealed properly so it's rusted and barely stays shu4t. Constant ant problem especially when the guy who "sprays for bugs" comes around. 3 stars would recommend for convenience of living on base.

They don’t care. Just like every place you have a few very good people and I appreciate those few a lot but the majority of the Mayroad staff doesn’t care for their tenants.
