Great place, I saw the " Sound of Music " here put on by the Merced college and the performance was amazing, especially set design. It's very spacious with plenty of seating options. All in all great theater as far as the ones I've been to.

I also went to a haunted house during October and it was stunning well worth the entrance fee for it, again the set design is amazing who ever is doing it is simply wonderful I'd say it's genuine art

This theater is host to all sorts of events: college-produced plays, musical concerts, small graduation programs (nurses) and other sorts of events. It's a nice, mid-sized theater with a fantastic staff. Lots of parking, easy access, many interesting events.

The Merced College Theater is very capable hands. Chad Phillips works magic with the lighting and set designing. The theater is back open and is currently showing The Great Gatsby. I strongly recommend you come out and support the very hard working students who have put on a wonderful production of this classic novel. They have live music for this play under the direction of a talented student, Cody Benner. Cody wrote two original compositions for the play as well.

It's nice that there's this little theater-ish place here in Merced. It's a good place for the kids to go and enjoy putting together plays and whatnot.
