Dr. Egidy and Staff took great care of my Jake when he was very ill. Dr. Egidy now takes care of my Caezar. Bridget and Abigail are excellent, kind and knowledgeable staff . Thank you !

HORRIBLE!!! I will never trust them with any of our pups ever again! It seemed like we were being an inconvenience to them by asking questions and the vet never said a word to me. He talked to the front desk lady then she talked to me.

Took my dog there for surgery to have a tumor removed.

She did great!!!

We won't be returning.

We used to love and trust Miami County Vet Clinic over the last 20 years but that all changed today. The front desk staff was incredibly rude and kept trying to upsell to my daughter. Many times she was telling them what she wanted and they pretended not to hear her and kept insisting on buying more product. It wasn’t until an adult stepped in and helped reiterate her needs. If anyone needs a great vet with great staff I recommend Paola Vet Clinic.

If I could give negative stars I would my dog needed a fecal done and our vet was booked up, they did it for me and when calling with the results was EXTREMELY rude. I will not be returning. My dog has hookworm I’ll be going elsewhere for the medication no disrespectful person will be getting my business. They really need to figure out how to treat people properly from looking at these reviews this isn’t the first time and probably won’t be the last. If you don’t like negativity then find a better clinic

I have used this vet for my pets for years. The workers have always been friendly and caring. Prices while high are not nearly as high as many other vets. They try to provides the services needed while balancing the cost of running the business with affordability for the customers.

I had to put my poor cat Mr gray kitty down. He was 16 and a half years old but this was the best experience I've ever had. I had an appointment in spring Hill they were okay in the butts to say it nicely and so I left in Miami county took care of me immediately such great professionalism. Also they sent me a brief card with my cat's paw print and another paw print like and Claire or something the most generous kind of sweetest people I know I would never go anywhere else top notch way to go Miami county veterinary clinic and the vet himself just a plus he was very good looking LOL. 100% 100% 100%, 100% awesome thank you guys every one of you,🐱

Unfortunately, I've had to change my original 5 star review down to a 1 star review. I have taken lots of my animals here for years and years. I've always been so very happy with all aspects of this business. They have had some of the absolute very best people you could ever ask to work with. I have referred so many friends and family members over the years. But I will not be referring anyone here again. Unfortunately all of the things that made this place so great, has drastically changed for the worse! I do think that Dr. Egidy is still a very good veterinarian! But even just trying to make an appointment with the current staff has proven difficult recently. Extremely rude!!! I will be going to a different vet up in Olathe in the immediate future. But, I have had so many people in Paola just rave about the newer veterinarian clinic in Paola. So, I will definitely be giving Paola Veterinary Clinic a try in the future.
