Hubby and I went to see their production of "And then there were none" this month (Sept 2024), and it was very well done. We have also seen two other productions previously. I love their enthusiasm for the theater. The venue is small and privately funded (donations accepted), and they're currently raising money to get new seats. A small concession area that serves snacks and drinks (beer and wine as well) is available. I applaud their work. Bravo!!

This theatre with the Second Street Players does such a good job. Last week's presentation was Agatha Christie's "And Then There Were None"
which was excellent and kept us guessing right up to the end!

A pleasant evening; "Murder on the Orient Express".
Limited staging and sets, well and cleverly used. Well acted roles, some hammy, some understated; the director gave the performers "their heads" and it paid off. Costumes excellent, adaptation likewise. Poirot's accent was okay, needing to be clipped and sharp IMHO, slipped into drawn and languid at times. Good use of location recorded setup sequence. Nice musical accents.
Tiny (intimate) venue. Friendly, well trained staff. Varied inexpensive refreshments added a pleasant touch. Older audience; happily a few younger faces.
A good local theater that works for and deserves our support. Our first time as we are new to the area, but we'll be back.

Excellent community theater that excels in comedy. I love community theater. Reasonably priced with a talented cast of actors. Parking is convenient and free and several very good restaurants in the area.
