I used to go there a lot to support local. First about 4 times was amazing. But now, service has gone down hill. There is only one nice bartender. There is a tall man that comes and gets dishes but he reaches across someone without asking and very much so invades personally space. The food menu, yes it changes that’s good though, probably is they don’t have prices listed next to them so that will leave sticker shock when you tab out. Drinks are good and fun. Wish the service was there at least. I’ve been ignored multiple times even when sitting at the bar and made motions I needed something and ignored. Plus the other night I was there I got my tab and they put a drink on there that wasn’t mine. Girl with the dark brown/ black hair that is behind the register is rude and seems entitled. The staff is allowed to have drinks while on shift as well.

Hands down a hidden jewel!!! Wonderful service and fabulous choice of specialty drink choices!! The owner greets you with a warm welcoming and wows you with a spectacular dry ice volcano table ambiance and the food choices change every night of the week!! Book you a room hang in Wabash and enjoy your time at the Moon Dog!!

First time in since moving to IN and was SO disappointed. Customer service is EVERYTHING Logan (I think that’s his name) was the most unfriendly bartender🥴 and if I’ve heard right- he’s part owner too. He should NOT be customer facing lol. I felt like we were wasting his time while supporting their business. Space was larger than I expected and our app was good. We were never given drink menus so I didn’t know they offered fun drinks! Will not be returning, I’ll enjoy the other establishments in town

This is the best restaurant/bar in Wabash and its collar counties, hands down. Great atmosphere, delicious home cooked and locally sourced food. I asked, they personally buy their food and don’t use restaurant service providers. There isn’t a menu at the table, but they have an ever updated single chalkboard menu. (, that includes filet mignon pasta, grilled salmon dishes as the most expensive items less than $25, spring roll bowls, salads, soups, charcuterie boards, lasagna, daily fresh homemade bread and moonball truffles. What makes this place great, and why it has such a great loyal customer base, is that you can feel safe ( they are careful stewards of bar etiquette), the staff are happy, the mother and son owners have touched on the family values of the community. If there is something wrong, they will make it right. Non-smoking comfortable and welcoming gem of Wabash.
I live in Michigan but when I’m down here, this is where I feel like I’m home. Thank you, Logan and Mary (and Rileigh)!

Moon Dog is a must while visiting Wabash. Came for the Tom Papa show and this place was an absolute gem! Highly recommend the smoked old fashion, spicy whiskey margarita, the breads, lasagna & the salmon arugula salad & for a tasty alcholic dessert get the holy s’mores. So so good!! Thank you!

I can't get enough of the Filet Pasta! Every. Single. Time... Moon Dog delivers amazing food with great flavor and the best cocktails. Don't sleep on the Spicy Margarita! It's cool because it is family friendly.

Stu the stripper here! Came in to see what all the hype was about on a Friday evening (8:30) pretty good crowd in here. Asked for a recommendations for a drink & was presented with a helluva drink called " Smoked Old Fasioned" by the bartender. You have got to come check it out for yourselves!!! Laxxed environment, great atmosphere! Ordered food & it was out in minutes. (Whisper) I will be back again 🤫
