What a fabulous venue for an awesome concert. Fantastic seats even in the balcony. Snacks could use some assistance, but otherwise, a great experience. Easy to park and included in the ticket purchase. Thank you for not charging extra for parking. Most of the staff are very helpful, kind, and wanting to assist. It would be helpful if all the people at the door understood the digital tickets. If not, if they have someone to assist near by.

We visited the Morrison Center in Boise for the first time and were pleasantly amazed! Everything was impeccably organized: even though the hall was almost full, it didn’t feel crowded in the foyer thanks to the theater’s spacious and well-thought-out design. Comfortable seating, wide aisles, and courteous, attentive staff made the experience truly enjoyable.

A highlight was the parking, included in the ticket price, and the little shuttle buggy that transported guests from the parking lot to the theater and back after the performance. The festive atmosphere was enhanced by Christmas trees on every floor, each uniquely and tastefully decorated.

The ballet "The Nutcracker", which we’ve seen before, once again captivated us with its magic. The production was spectacular, with stunning effects like falling snow and boats gliding across the stage. The live orchestra added even more enchantment to the performance.

We would definitely recommend this theater to anyone and will undoubtedly become regular visitors ourselves! It was a true celebration of art and elegance.

First time visiting the Morrison Center was mid September to see Celtic Thunder perform. Everything was absolutely stellar at this venue. Had my mother with me who has some mobility issues. There was a golf cart type vehicle waiting in the parking lot to take those with mobility issues right to the front of the venue. They were also there at the end of the show and took my Mom straight to our car. Everyone we encountered on staff was extremely kind, friendly and helpful. Theater was beautiful and the seats were very comfortable. I will definitely be attending more shows here in the future!

Saw Hamilton. First time here. Easy to get around. Seats were really comfortable….you didn’t feel that uncomfortable closeness to your neighbor. The sound/acoustics were fantastic. Would recommend catching any performance here that interests you!

The entire place needs to be redesigned. It's not big enough, there's wall to wall people during intermission. You have to go upstairs only to go right back down, depending on where your seats are. The parking lots are on the opposite side of the entrance. The bathroom situation needs to be addressed. There aren't enough for the amount of people. Even the men's line was wrapped around back and forth. It would also be very helpful if the preshow call (both prior to show start and at intermission) was actually accurate. They say, "the show will begin in 2 minutes" and then it's another 10. That's very frustrating, especially when people are still waiting in line to use the bathroom.

The Morrison Center is a really great venue in a beautiful location, right on the beautiful Boise River. It's a great facility for plays and musicals. We watched Frozen the Broadway Musical there and it was magical and great even from the upper mezzanine. If you have young children, please consider leaving them home with a babysitter out of respect for everyone else attending events, to make them more enjoyable, especially for the 7pm showings. There were a bunch of kids in the mezzanine area, many of whom were having an incredibly hard time sitting there and understanding how to be respectful without kicking seats, getting up and down several times during the show and talking loudly. Please consider taking your kids to something where people haven't spent a lot of money to enjoy a more mature experience. But again, the Morrison center is really great! I love that there are bathrooms and concessions on every level. There are pretty comfy seats, even for larger bodies, better than some places I've been.
