Enjoyed a great night at the movies with my daughter. We love their VIP seats that recline with extra leg room and have movable attached drink and food trays so you have plenty of room for your snacks. The theater is clean and the staff friendly. They also sell pizza and other food items and alcoholic drinks.

I'm not an audiophile, but the sound is relatively flat and gets tinny when it's too loud. Not the greatest speakers. Here's why I'm leaving a 1 star. So many problems.
1) the rows are narrow. If you're 6'1 like me, you have to have your legs tucked in or your size 13's will be pressed up against the wall. Not just that, everyone has to give you a standing O if you need to go to the bathroom since the seating arrangements are similar to an airplanes.
2) the prices. We all know movie prices are egregious but $60 for two tickets, two drinks and a large popcorn? Seriously?
3) with the prices, you'd expect your VIP seats to work. Thankfully mine did this time, it was just the lights that didn't work, but last time my spouse didn't have a functioning seat.
4) concessions close before the last showing us done. Wtf? No one tells you as a warning, and nothing is discounted. I usually grab 10pm showings and this happens, but this time I grabbed a 7pm showing. Went down for more popcorn for the climax of the movie and yeah, they were closed!
5) I bought my tickets online. They don't have a ticket booth anymore. Now you have to wait in line with everyone else who is getting concessions and also didn't purchase their tickets online.
6) the popcorn seasonings that used to be on the counter for free are now a charged provision.

I strongly encourage everyone to just buy themselves the movie to avoid slave ship seating and at least your kitchen won't be closed before the movie ends. I'm glad I always sneak a lot of snacks into the theater since you can't get refills or discounts.

As a first timer of this cinema it was great. We reserved the good seats. Definitely a great place.

Always nice to get out and watch a new flick. Saw the new Captain America and wasn't disappointed. Staff was very friendly, efficient and theater was well kept making for a great experience.

Went there today for Wicked. Seems like they were very ill prepared for the amount of business that would be coming with 2 block buster movies. More than a week after opening and still a total disaster. Bought an $8 LG drink to find out after the fact, that there were 2 broken pop machines, no ice in either of the working ones and the pop coming out was luke warm, out of a bunch of pop choices too, no large lids, and the frozen drinks were unusable also. I go ask Mgr Kris for a refund along with another lady. He walks off, ignores our request, gives us a bunch of blah blah b.s. and says we'd have to wait until a line of about 40 people were done paying before he could do anything about anything. What kind of customer service is going on there They need to plan better, and treat people decently. At a minimum, they should be telling people about the drink situation BEFORE the purchase, then I could have passed or changed to water instead. It will be a long while before I go back to this sad mess of a theater. For $8 that pop should be the best I've ever tasted, but nope they just keep on selling those cups of crap. Next it will be selling popcorn buckets, but they are out of popcorn. Do better and don't scam people.

I went there to see a movie. Spent 60 bucks just on the popcorn. Had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Two of the four soda machines were down, the two that were up had no ice and the soda was warm. They charge you for the popcorn flavoring, and three of the five butter dispensers were down. To top it off the bathrooms were filthy and the kid had an attitude when I asked for butter in the middle of the popcorn. When I went to complain to the manager she said that they had a particularly busy weekend. Ok fine but then couldn't they at least warn customers that their options for beverages are hot soda and slushies? Then she gave me the most fake I'm sorry I've ever heard in my life. I worked retail for years and have never acted the way she did.

Modern cinema that will appeal to families. Many screens means more choices. Seating is comfortable. Snacks are pricey, but the popcorn is very good. Matinee are a way to save money. Recommended.

This theater is going down hill. I come 2-3 times a month and EVERY time there's an issue with something. Almost always it's the soda and frozen drink machines not working. Seems like a simple fix. For a place that doesn't allow you to bring outside food and beverages, GET IT TOGETHER!
