Beth runs this movie theater really smoothly. Lines are always quick to get through, theaters are always clean and comfortable to be in and the environment is always friendly. Glad to spend my money here. Will be back in the future.

This place deserves ZERO STARS. Me and my girlfriend went to see heart eyes on valentines. The workers all looked tired and wouldn’t stop yawning,I wouldn’t but have some manners and cover your mouth. The prices are over price. When we got to our seats, there was trash everywhere and a stench that was horrible ( 5 perfume spray didn’t help ). There was nasty stuff on the seats. We will not be going to this movie theater again. Movie was great

Service is good and the theater is always clean. I think the only thing that could use some work is the prices on concessions, since.... I'll be real with you, $5 for a bottle of water is ridiculous. You can get cheaper water from a store downtown. Would've loved to get popcorn and sodas to have during the movie, but 3 tickets already cost $30 alone

I've never had any issues with this theater, except a week ago a couple of friends and I went to see Beetlejuice for the 1:00 show. We and another person were the only people in theater and it was 1:36 and no one bothered to come and start the show! The other gentleman left to get someone to start the movie. I think the right thing would have been to offer a free popcorn or a free ticket. Just something for good customer service. There was nothing.

Everything was great except it was so dirty with how dead it was. 5 people behind counter and one standing on his phone in room 6 holding onto a broom and on his phone. Management I think is your problem

Very impressed with this theater. Updated with great seating, plenty of space between seats to not be sitting on top of others. Also impressively clean, and for a Saturday evening when I was there.

To be fair, I haven't been to the movies in a while. But, I won't be back to this theater. Here is my experience in order of most important to least:
1. We went to see Moana 2. Very much a children's movie. Due to the previews they chose to show, I now have to explain Marijuana and Opiod overdoses to my kid. I provided this feedback to staff and was told NCG has no control over what previews are shown. Thats whack.
2. It was $50 for 3 people to see this movie. The only concessions we got were a "mini combo box" ($9.00) and a candy ($5.25). There was no item on the menu less than $5.
3. They also have no control over their ticket sales, apparantly. When I bought my tickets online, the option to buy a children's ticket was not apparant. I asked to fix it once we got there and I have to fix it online.
4. I called due to that ticket situation previously. The person who answered the phone said they needed to ask their manager and be right back. I think they just set the phone down and forgot about it. Fast forward 30 minutes and I was still waiting. Hung up and called back, the call wouldn't go through (I am assuming because the phone was left off the hook)
5. People in the theater were carrying on conversations and texting throughout the movie. It doesn't matter if your phone is on silent - this is a huge distraction to anybody sitting near you or behind you.
HUGE disappointment all around - at least the movie was good. Wish I would've just waited until it came out outside of the movies.

Ive seen lots of movies here great place, kind staff my only issue is the prices but it's not that big of a deal in today's time.
