Terrible. Told me there I'd be there Saturday til noon. Got there at 11:15 am closed. Called and texted for 45 minutes. No one there. Went back next Monday. Drove for 40 minutes to get there. Got t bone steaks much smaller than ribeyes or sirloin. Will never use again. Never called me back or apologized for not being there. Sorry experience with them. Update: No, I was not offered an apology and no, my order wasn't discounted. My facts are right. Now you are flat out lying. I have all text messages as proof if I need to supply them. I would not have even written this review if you'd acted like you cared. Especially if we got apology and discount!

Incredibly run facility, very hospitable. I’m a newbie to this and they helped me decide which cuts would be best for us. We’ve had pigs processed here and the packaging was so impressive, every cut is labeled and vacuum sealed. Just picked up a lamb I dropped off a week ago, they offered me lunch as they were celebrating a milestone. Very welcoming and knowledgeable, we will definitely continue going here and encourage others to do business here as well.

Nice people and a nice new building. However, the amount of steaks I received was FAR less than the back straps taken there. The packaging of the steaks was the poorest quality I’ve seen; blood everywhere on the inside and outside of the packages. I sent an email asking them to look into the steaks and heard nothing back so I called and spoke with the “Assistant Mgr”; all she could say was “I’m sorry and I’ll have the manager call you. Never heard back and of course I’ll never go back. For a new business, especially for a new business, quality has to be there.
