I was a customer of novak rinker, but no more. Hey, I had to take the day off of work to bring my cat in for a less than 5 minute blood test. I wanted to make the most of my time off, so I scheduled a plumber to come out a half hour after my appt with novak rinker. they made me sit in their appt room for 15 minutes!!!!! I had to leave without getting the blood test because my plumber was waiting for me. I respect their time by showing up 10 minutes early for my appt,. but they can't respect my time!!!! I changed vets.

Receptionist was surprisingly unwilling to provide any sort of ballpark min to max costs or basic information for neutering our dog. Apparently it’s enforced that you come in first, spend your money and then find out what the total costs could be.

I’m sure they expect cost transparency everywhere else they shop—why should this be any different?

I have been going to Novak-Rinker for many years with my dog and cat. I recommend them. Cara and the receptionists are great!! My dog had to have surgery last winter Dr. Novak did an awesome job, Josh was helpful like always and thorough with his at home care!! He has been good to go ever since I couldn’t be anymore thankful. I had to put my 17 y/o cat down 2 yrs ago they took great care of him and he wasn’t the easiest for them whenever he had to go to the vet. Dr. Novak and Josh have always made things easier for him. If ever I have questions Josh is very knowledgeable. My cat I adopted last yr doesn’t mind going. Dr. Caitlin is an awesome vet as well they both like her too!! They have compassion for my fur babies and have always taken great care of my cat and dog, thank you so much!!!

Super super rude and could care less about my Dogs problem. Just called to inquire about surgery openings because my dog has a sebaceous cyst and I was barked at on the phone and told to just stick with my usual vet.

Took my cat in for her first visit after moving here. The vet was very prepared and took the time to really look at the records so she knew my cat's history. She did not rush(or make me feel rushed) and made sure to ask if I had any questions or concerns. Overall, very happy with the visit and will definitely bring my cat back.

Our cats have gotten wonderful treatment here. Very compassionate treatment. A year ago we had to put our Johnny girl down and they were very very supportive. This week we had to bring our Baby in as she had taken a turn and become very anemic over that week while I was on vacation. They ran tests and gave her meds and food and explained our options if this line of treatment doesn't work. I felt they really cared about her outcome and were honest about what we can do going forward. The best vet clinic I've experienced.
