"We had brought our cat in because he was vomiting for 3 days straight. They ran an xray & found he had hair ties in his stomach. After removal she counted 20 of them Dr Merideth did an amazing job with him & gave me confidence that he was going to be okay. I am very thankful I stayed local. The staff has been kind and welcoming to me and my family in that hard time. Thank you all"

We had brought our cat in because he was vomiting for 3 days straight. They ran an xray & found he had hair ties in his stomach. After removal she counted 20 of them! Dr Merideth did an amazing job with him & gave me confidence that he was going to be okay. I am very thankful I stayed local. Having just moved to KS, we found a wonderful Veterinary clinic in a nearby town. The staff was so cheerful and the doctor herself was very helpful and sympathetic to the needs of our boy Pnut. We feel good putting his care in their hands.

Oakley Vet Services helped us out when we needed to let our dog Copper go. I called on a Sunday to set up an appointment for the next day. We leave out of state but hunt a lot in the area and wanted to bring him out to rest at the hunting land. Dr. Meredith and the staff were so kind and really helped us through the hard process of saying goodbye. We would highly recommend them for any vet needs.

I moved a few months ago to New mexico and was gonna be in town visiting. They were able to get all 3 dogs in for routine vaccines. They are always so friendly and knowledgeable. Will continue to vet here as often as I can. Reasonably priced. Significant savings for me.

If I could give zero stars, I would. wanted to let anyone and everyone know about Oakley Vet Service in Oakley, KS and their unethical practices. Yesterday, my dad’s neighbor took it upon herself to remove his healthy, happy cat from his back porch to Oakley Vet Services and have it euthanized. They did not verify ownership from this person. They simply took the money for the service and ended Gordy’s life without a second thought. When my dad was notified by the neighbor, he went to pick his deceased pet up. That is when Oakley Vet Service decided to ask for proof of ownership of the cat. This is absurd and disgusting. The original owner would have NEVER done something so cruel and thoughtless. An innocent life for monetary gain. Just gross. Without proper policy, anyone’s pet who got loose or lives outdoors could have this happen to them. Protect your pets and have them serviced elsewhere.

We LOVE Oakley Veterinary Service! Our Boston terrier loves them too! On his first visit he was leary at first but soon all the ladies became his best friend. He had no fear and went right to them. It speaks volumes when the dog is not afraid to be there! We will go back for all of our dog's needs!
