Stopped by today about 2pm for lunch.
After we finally got seated (after three people passed us by waiting at the hostess stand, we finally got waited on. We (only 2 of us) decided to order drinks and our meal all at once since we weren't sure when he'd be back to our table. After a good 15 min, I went to the men's room and noticed our drinks sitting at the bar awaiting pick-up. On my way back to the table the drinks were still there. I noticed our waiter milling about collecting menus, napkins, etc ..basically everything but bringing our drinks. After another 10 minutes watching my beer getting warmer, our waiter, while standing at a table next to ours, looked over and asked what we were waiting for. I replied, "Our drinks that have been sitting over at the bar".
The drinks finallly arrived. The food came out pretty timely, but man oh man, my $16 tiny chicken sandwhich and roll looked like something McDonald's serves.
To top it off, the waiter never came back to ask how things were, or even asked if ww wanted another drink.?. His loss.
Come on guys. Things should be so much better.

Oysters were good. The fried shrimp basket was wonderful, as was the lobster roll. Fried pickles and deviled eggs with Old Bay seasoning rounded out our repast.

Great food and great service. This was our first time trying Obie's, my family and I enjoyed it. I loved that they have grilled salmon on the kids menu. My daughter had that and fresh fruit, she was so happy with her dinner. Hubby had the fish sandwich with coleslaw and he said it was great. My bang bang shrimp tacos with a side of cucumber and tomato salad was also great. It was a light yet filling dinner. The mixed drinks we had were refreshing and tasty. Our server was friendly and was attentive. Prices are also within reason which is a plus.

Had a nice little dinner there with my mom. I felt like the lobster salad could have used more seasoning or a burst of flavor. Fries were great and the drink menu was actually pretty good for a tropical vibe.
Our server was James- world’s friendliest human! The type of staff that makes you feel like they know you personally. Loved him!

Stopped for a quick drink during Eagles game. Not much happening, bar area was dirty. Bar tender did wipe down after drink was served.
Back of bar area where lines went in for water and beer were disguising looking. So glad I do not decide to drink a beer. Please check this area out and clean. Left after 1 drink.Thankfully did not have to spend 10.00 in food from previous post just to get a drink.
I am a registered RN and always looking a how clean restaurants keep their place.

Good bar right on the boardwalk. Mostly people drink here - the beer list and cocktails are above average. People watching is great. The food is pretty good, not great, but way better than years ago. We stay in a rented apartment nearby so it is convenient for us whether we are on the beach or just want a quick lunch when we feel lazy in the apartment.

Went for a family meal with 8 people. The staff was attentive and pleasant. The seafood dip appetizer was incredible. I would also definitely recommend the crab grilled cheese and bang bang shrimp tacos

The service and food here has really gone down hill. We own a place in Rehoboth and this was always our favorite beer and appetizer hangout after the beach. But wow! Food and service has really gone down hill. Hopefully someone can turn this place around...great location though.
