ZERO STAR--- more like negative minus 100 star... The is the most despicable -deplorable place I have ever encountered in my life! They are NEGLIGENT AND INCOMPETENT cold hearted beyond belief! I do not understand how they are allowed to operate in such a disgusting and careless uncaring manner? It defies logic and common consideration for animal life! SHUT IT DOWN!

I had a horrible experience when I phoned and asked that someone check on what appeared to be a sick or injured cat on my property. I turned away for a moment and the man who did the check picked up the cat by it's neck using a noose attached to the end of a long stick. When I looked back he said "don't look, don't look." I still see that image - what a nightmare.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. They are very lazy about checking on abused animals. They will claim to have checked on a reported animal and say it's fine when it clearly is not!!!!

Very lazy people. They don’t seem to care about sick or injured stray animals. They do not do anything for stray cats, I thought it was called animal control because they handle all animals, not just dogs.

Lost our dog lost her tag the employees were very helpful in getting a replacement tag and they even sent it to us!
