Ohikilolo Adventure Park - Waianae, Hawaii

Found this place via a Groupon and I couldn't have been more pleased with the process. It was easy to book the tours via the company website. Finding the place was relatively easy based off the maps location to find Our Lady of Keeau. You'll see a rec center on your right and the road ends, keep going straight, onto the gravel road and about 50 yards in you'll hit the grounds. Park along the grass near the entry way. Service was very friendly and helpful, Dylan, one of the ranch hands, was very good with helping the group and you could tell he loves what he does and working with the horses. The tour was an hour total on the horse, total time for orientation and picture taking being about 1.5 hours. Views were amazing, west side best side. There's a photo opportunity at the end of the tour where the guides take pics of you and your group.

Did the midday tour and was lucky for the cool breeze we had. Would come back for the sunset tour for the west side sunsets. They also mentioned for Valentine's day having a special where at the end of the hike you get to chill on the deck with the fire pit. Not sure if that's standard on their sunset hike, but most likely easily arranged of working with their staff, they seem super chill and accommodating.

Family ride with 2 adults, 3 teens and 2 children. We had a lovely day out with spectacular views of the West Coast of Oahu. The team at the Adventure Park were welcoming, fun and easy going. We were fully aware that the horses are trekking horses but were still a tiny bit disappointed we could not get the horses to trot or gallop much or at all and that the 1 hour ride does not include any of that on the track so kids were a bit sad. No fault of the team though.

Some things to note: 1.It is quite a drive from Waikiki to here so you need a car. 2.The turn off the main road is not easily noticed so use your GPS and slow down when it shows you are almost there. 3. Take your swim suit so you can take a swim after, it is a coastal ride so gets hot.

Went on the full moon ride, one of the highlights of our vacation!!! The experience was more like visiting family in Hawaii who lived on a ranch; that had horses; and asked if you were up for riding horses at night; and oh, it just happened to be a full moon!

Awesome time doing a sunset ride! Our hosts were SO welcoming. They have a great tour, great conversation and gave us plenty of time to take in the beautiful sunset. Our horses were great and well behaved, and the views were spectacular. Definitely check this place out!

Amazing horseback ride!!! I would definitely recommend it. My family and I went out on the 9 a.m. ride. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the mountains on our way up the mountains and then beautiful views of the ocean on our way back down. Rayven, our guide and his partner, were great! They were very friendly and informative. Thank you both for this amazing experience!!!

Amazing experience. The horses are well trained and they provide you with a short lesson on how to ride the horses (for first timers like us). I would def recommend this experience to anyone who visits honolulu as this ride has spectacular views. I would do this again, absolutely breath taking views at the top! 🙂

The trainers are very nice and helpful.

Keven was our guide, hands down the best guide I have experienced, very relaxed and knew his stuff. He showed us so much and explained everything in perfect detail. This trail was great with spectacular views, the cost was well worth the experience! For others who want to purchase it I would reassure this is the place to go, easy to find the location just go down that dirt trail they explain and you are there at the horses waiting for you.

Absolutely AMAZING horseback ride adventure with PHENOMENAL ocean views! My husband and I came here for our honeymoon to get away from the crowds of Honolulu and couldn't be more pleased! Our tour guide Uncle Pete was spectacular! We will be back!!!
