Best vet experience we've had in a while! Just moved to the area and so happy to have found them. We did have to try for a few months to get in but finally called at the right time and they had an opening! They were so gentle and patient with my baby and something I've never seen before sprayed a towel with a feliway calming spray to help calm her for a minute.

I highly recommend Okaloosa Animal Clinic! Dr. Conrad is very thorough and always provides great detail about whatever the reason for the visit may be.

The staff is always friendly, and I've never had to sit and wait in the waiting room when I arrive on time for my appointments. I am thankful to have such a great vet here locally to care for my pets.

I had to do the most heartbreaking thing any Pet Parent has ever done which is say goodbye to my fur baby. The pain is still unbearable but my experience with this animal clinic made it a little easier to say goodbye. You can literally feel and see the compassion they have for something so painful and not to mention the quality service. I am still lost without my baby but I just wanted to take the time to share my experience and appreciation for such an amazing staff. Thank you so much

I had no idea where to start when looking for a vet. Someone recommended this place and I’ve never had any issues. Dr Conrad is very knowledgeable, friendly, and nice. She also interacted with my daughter by playing along with her imaginary games. She also knows a lot about what you need for what circumstance. Her staff is also very nice. Highly recommend.

From the beginning of owning my pet Doctor Conrad and her staff were extremely helpful with tons of information as I had never owned a dog from puppy stage. Doctor Conrad gave me the best instructions for keeping my pet safe and explicit details on how to house train my pet. I thoroughly trust this clinic in all care that has been provided for my Ozzy and he also loves going to this clinic.

Dr. Conrad and her staff are absolutely amazing. Each time we’ve gone they have been wonderful with our fur babies. We had somewhat of an emergency today and they got my cat in and diagnosed swiftly. I appreciate their professionalism and they are always in a good mood when we come in. Thank you so much for all you do!
