Olde Town Pet Resort did a wonderful job on my little pup, Chloe Rose! She was a tad bit overgrown, but I didn’t want her cut down too much. Jennifer did a wonderful job with her cut. This was Chloe’s first full grooming and it went so smoothly! We’ll definitely be back!

We always have a wonderful experience at Olde Towne Pet Resort! Our dog, Willow, loves her human and dog friends whenever she goes for boarding, day camp or grooming. And our groomers Jason and Joseph are just amazing and always handle her with the utmost care. We just can’t say enough good things about OTPR!

I've taken my dog to olde town pet resort many times in the last year; for boarding, daycare, grooming, and both private and a group swim. They are the best for the quality and price, I haven't had a bad experience yet. They take great notes and ensure safety and well-being of all pets. They also offer military discount. Very upscale and offer live webcams to view the pets.

I have been a client of Olde Towne Pet Resort since it first opened for both boarding and grooming. I had Portuguese Water Dogs when they opened, I was in a situation where I was doing business in Europe and and OTPR was the only facility that would let my dogs stay together. It was hard to leave them at all but they always seemed happy when I picked them up which was a function of the excellent care that they got at OTPR. I all so had them groomed at OTPR and they have always done a perfect job. My latest dog is a Bernadoodle named Ollie. We have not had to board him but he is groomed at OTPR. Our Groomer is superb, he has always exceeded my expectations which are High. He groomed Ollie last week and I told him we needed just a longer than a summer cut. He came back the perfect length, again better than expected and as always very happy.
I give OTPR 5stars here plus 5 more stars, I wouldn't even think of taking him anywhere else. They are the best and have been since they opened years and years ago. You can't miss taking your pet there.

Olde Towne always takes care of my boy Ash! They love him and even makes him feel like a celebrity every time he’s there! Caring, compassionate, and amazing group of folks who work there! If you’re looking for boarding or day camp, and even grooming- Olde Towne Springfield is simply the best!

OTPR is always fantastic! The front desk ladies are always so wonderful. The facility is pristine and I’ve never seen a pooch hesitate running in to join the fun. Our boy is always groomed by Fatima and she is fabulous! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

We started out with day camp for our Belgium Malinois, so she could have more social time with other dogs. Next we tried boarding when we took our first trip of the year. What a great experience. Love that she gets extra walks and day camp included in the boarding package. This place offers some many fun activities for dogs and that’s a big bonus. I recommend Olde Towne Pet Resort to my co-workers and friends. Love it!
