It has been more than twenty years since I last set foot in a movie theater, and I must say, this experience was worth the wait. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by the inviting ambiance of the lobby, where vibrant posters advertised the latest films. The theater itself was well-maintained, and the plush seats, arranged in neat rows, appeared comfortable and spotless. I also took a moment to check the restrooms, which were equally impressive—immaculately clean and well-stocked, enhancing my overall sense of comfort. It felt refreshing to return to a place dedicated to entertainment and enjoyment.

One of my favorite theaters on the island. Love the premium feel abs layout. Offer way more than just popcorn. Can order delicious food on the app and pick it up and enjoy a tasty meal while seeing your movie. I love that you can do everything on the app so it's a streamlined and easy process.

Normally a strong 4 Star theater. Ruined it with the “secret movie” which uou risk because it’s a secret. But they need to at least give ratings for these. Trailers were all Disney so we thought we were going to get something good. Nope. Took our 11 year old daughter to a surprise movie that had the F Bomb, racist talk, and a gun shot to the back of the head in the first 3min. Left the theatre to get our $ back and the manager didn’t even know what was playing. Only refunded us the base cost, not taxes That’s weird. She should have offered to refund the $50 in food we got there solely to enjoy while watching the movie. They do the $5 surprise to get you in on a Monday so you can spend $ on the food. Don’t fall for it. Absolutely ruined the night.

Service could have been better at concession by not serving old and burnt popcorn. When we asked for fresh popcorn, she said they couldn’t make any because they didn’t have butter (excuse me?) I suspect they didn’t want to make more so they wouldn’t have to clean up being that it was already 8:30 pm. I suspect this because the icee machine went “out of order” right after we filled our cup, the popcorn salt was put away and the butter machines were turned off before we could use it. This is disappointing especially because of the exorbitant amount we pay for concessions!!! I don’t go to the movies often and now I remember why. We should have gone to our usual Highlands location. We probably won’t come back to ʻOlino and we don’t recommend for others to come here either.

This place is absolutely first class. Make sure you keep your emails with the QR code on it or you won't get in the door. It can be frustrating. But the lounge seats are the bomb. They are comfortable, clean, relaxing, and it makes it enjoyable watching a movie! It's like being better than in your own home.

The theater was nice enough. Although it seems like there was a lot of open wasted space. Almost like a car dealership showroom without the cars. The staff could've been replaced by robots, as combined they had the personality of a dead moth. The popcorn was worse than jiffy poop and I didn't even finish half the bag. (Anyone who knows what a colossal foodie/fat kid I am knows the significance of this). Theater seats were comfy and reclined. I had a nice nap during the movie (Dolittle, which the title speaks volumes about the movie).
